The room was spacious, bed was comfy and clean, no chemical or smoke smell, bathroom was clean and so were the linens and towels. The tables, counters and dressers were not dusty. 'The staff was helpful and prompt when we needed things. It is an older hotel but the staff seems to take good care of it and want to be friendly and attentive. There is restaurants within walking distance and things to do nearby. Near the south and north entrance to I-5 which made it a quick trip to Disneyland. There was a security guard that walked the property which made it feel safe. Worth the money. '

'I’ve stayed at similar hotels in the area, and I can say this has been my favorite. The staff was very friendly at check-in; they let me check in in the morning and leave my car there for an extra fee, which saved me the cost of Disney parking.
I highly recommend it, and for the price, it’s perfect.'

'Very clean and new. So many hotels nowadays are outdated and have a musty smell- not this one. We also loved the pool area, location, temperature and the fact that there were showers and bathrooms and plenty of seating. The breakfast included was awesome! So much variety and sufficient seating for once. Usually we are left standing or waiting for a table to open up at other hotels. They even had balloons for the kids! Definitely returning'

'In general very good hotel (especially the location for the disney runs) however small defects are noticeable: the toilet kept on running and the shower head was spilling a lot of water and the pressure was rather low.
However we would stay here again as the location is fantastic for both the park access and the Disney run start'

'Nos encantó la habitación familiar! Muy amplia, lo que recomiendo es que por lo menos tenga 2 baños ya que si se hacía complicado a la hora del baño. Todo lo demás excelente.
