'While it was a clean place. There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. '

'When we visit Dallas, this Hotel is our Go to place. Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is the icing on top. They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid. Thank you '
