Boyne Mountain Log Home

Dit prachtige blokhut van 4000 m² biedt plaats aan 24 personen. De slaapkamers zijn erg groot met de meeste walk-in, grote kasten. Het heeft alle voorzieningen van het hele jaar door thuis, van bliksemsnelle kabel-tv, Wi-Fi internet, desktop computer in familiekamer, Roku Premiere in alle slaapkamers, tot meer dan 100 verschillende dvd's, boeken, bordspellen voor volwassenen en kinderen, etc. Dit huis heeft het allemaal. Elke badkamer is uitgerust met alles wat u misschien bent vergeten in te pakken.
Het is een geweldige plek om te verblijven voor een ontspannend weekend, week of maand. Het heeft een zeer privé beboste kavel, met aantrekkelijk natuurlijk licht binnen. Er zijn tal van activiteiten om het hele jaar door van te genieten. Het is slechts een korte wandeling naar een ski-in, ski-out gebied. Lente, zomer en herfst is er een asfalt fietspad grenzend aan de achtertuin met een overvloed aan zeer respectabele golfbanen in de buurt.

Zittend op het achterdek en grillen is een van de vele ontspannende manieren om jezelf te vermaken tijdens je uitje.

Great Summer Stay for Golf Trip

Location location location

Booked the stay with my two sons thier girls and 10 of thier best friends for a ski weekend. Access to Boyne was easy. Staying in the wooded snow covered back side of the mountian was perfection. The house had everything that this large group could ask for. enough and having the snow was great

Perfect for a family gather

We needed a large accommodation for an our extended family holiday. All meals but one were to be made by members of the family. The kitchen was well appointed and equipped. It does need a bit of organization, as things get mixed up during rentals. The bedrooms were comfortable and afforded privacy when one needed a break from socializing. The cabin does need a thorough cleaning. We would like to commend our hostess who did a terrific job of answering all our questions.

Family Xmas gift long weekend in Boyne, ski, waterpark etc.

Carol the host was kind and very quick responding to questions etc. The house is big and the beds were comfy but overall it needs to be cleaned out and upgraded! Not sure why there’s a need for three dining room tables and a church bench in the living gathering area? A big comfy sectional with a few end tables would have been cozier and more comfortable! Grill not really appealing so we cooked burgers brats etc inside! It was nice to be able to park a car in the garage but again it was in desperate need of being cleaned out as it could have resulted in a safety issue! Lastly I’m not sure you could really tag this home as a ski in/ ski out option, kind of a very hilly up and down steep road to walk on to the kitz cabin area where you could catch a trail to ski on that we didn’t use at all! We as a family created some great memories and had Fun being together this weekend, but for what it cost and what we got I would not rent again! Sorry just being honest as I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s!

Perfect space for our family of 17.

Great property. Spacious for our family of 10 adults and 7 children 7-13 yo. Kitchen was huge and well equiped. Living room was large enough for all the adults and kids could move in at out at the same time with ease. Lower rec room allowed separation if kids wanted that.We look forward to returning next year.

Ski weekend planned but no snow so the Kitz Cabin benefit didn’t work out. Drive to and from the base of the mountain is a long one. House with seven bedrooms a nice benefit. House was clean with plenty of towels.

Garage Sale Special

Had a very bad experience! When we reached out to the owner with a list of significant concerns her associate treated us like scammers. He argued every point we made about lack of cleanliness, no ability to enjoy a fire inside or out, lack of matress pads, terribly uncomfortable beds and much more. It was like being in court. Then he let us know we were lucky to be allowed to stay there without filling out an application. Which we did do but we are unsure why that didn't get to her. She did have our contact email, phone and indeed all of our funds paid in full. The bottom line is all nine people that stayed tried to make the best of it but not one of us could recommend this rental to snyone!

Amazing stay for a golf trip to Boyne

We used the property for a golf outing with 20 people and it’s already been mentioned that we’d love to just do the outing there every year instead of looking into other locations. The house was better than expected with tons of room and amenities. I would absolutely recommend anyone look into this location if planning a similar vacation.

Summer Weekend Up North

Our group spent the weekend up North and had a great time. We were able to spend time in Boyne Falls and Petoskey and when it rained, our place had plenty of space and things to do to enjoy ourselves despite being inside.

Great place! We loved it. Very clean. Be sure to ask the boyne shuttle if they will be able to take you back after a day at the mountain, because the roads in The Reserve are winding and uphill, and the shuttle was not able to drive in this conditions. Fabulous house.
