When we first arrived the fridge didn't work so we got moved to a new room. That night the toilet stopped working we had told housekeeping they said they would take care of it and when we got back 9 hrs later it still wasnt working so we had to go to the desk and ask for a plunger.

'This hotel is perfectly situated by all the action-well, as much action as you want in Charlevoix. The receptionist/reservationist/bartender, Joanna made us feel right at home. Walking distance from restaurants and the river, this beautifully appointed hotel is hip and has beautiful interiors. We will be back!!'
