There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. 'Lovely clean room, staff pleasant and helpful. Couple of minor things, no light above the kettle and tea making area in the cupboard. It was very difficult to fill the kettle under the tap to the sink in the bathroom, in fact we used one of the mugs to fill it!'
