'I had a long drive from Boston to Bozeman (Montana) and stayed in several hotels in the price range of $150-230. And this one was the best in terms of cleanliness and freshness of the rooms. I even thought it should cost more. My room included breakfast and parking, but in the morning when I came for breakfast, a nice girl told me that breakfast was not included. I was surprised, but agreed to pay extra. After that, I went to leave the room keys and saw that among them was a small paper brochure...

'We booked a 2 bedroom suite 3 months in advance. On the day of arrival, the management decided to give the room to other people and gice us 2 rooms. A mail was sent at 11.00 am so that did not reach us before we arrived. For that reason our mother stayed alone in a room and our 3 year old child had to sleep in bed with us.
