'Beautiful property for a family vacation to Santa’s Village! Only thing we had a small concern with was a broken vent right inside the front door.. safety hazard for anyone stepping in the area especially kids. Otherwise Vish was excellent and we would stay again!!'

'1. check-in: no info before arrival. no info/signs on arrival how to check in. called host cell: did not pick up, no voice-mail available, then hung up. 2. kitchen: new counter top, nice. no coffee maker, toaster. very few pots to cook, were uncleanable. no drinking glasses, just wine glasses. no coffee cups. plugs in kitchen not working. we saw mice in kitchen. 3. deck: very nice deck, no furniture provided...we brought ours from home...ridiculous! deck had not been swept in a long...

'I really enjoyed my getaway night here. The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. Comfy bed as well, and there’s a beautiful walk right next to the lake, which is only a few steps to get to. I would definitely come again.'

'It was clean, and the property contacts were polite. The beds are a bit hard but better than nothing lol. The heat wasn’t working but it wasn’t too bad for us - we were given a space heater but I’m too nervous to use those overnight so we just used them while we were awake cause we happened to come during a curiously chilly rainy week. It is family friendly - the playground is a bit dated so my kids didn’t play on it cause they thought they would get slivers lol. The basketball net was well...

'We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund.'
