Together Rambos Beach Retreat offers guests the charming experience which is famous for its tropical setting and casual beachcombing lifestyle.

This coastal beach cottage is a first time rental furnished with warm north shore oak flooring, shiplap walls through the entire home, and top of the line decor. No detail was overlooked in the well stocked kitchen with all full size LG Stainless Steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops.

The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room allows this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to feel like so much more and provides plenty of space. The living room offers a gorgeous Crate & Barrel queen sleeper sofa that is a step above just any average sleeper sofa as it offers a comfortable Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress, guests will also enjoy a large 65 inch Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart Television that allows guests to access all of your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+, Prime Video and more.

The master bedroom features a truly elegant coastal theme throughout the entire bedroom, the navy blue night stands and dresser, covered in woven raffia for a look of organic elegance makes guests feel right at home. The master bedroom is equipped with an Electric Adjustable Bed Base that allows you Lift back to relax the spine, elevate legs to promote relaxation and help ease tension and top of the line King Cool Gel Chill Memory Foam mattress and high end bedding linens for an effortless nights sleep after a long day at the beach. Additionally, the master bedroom offer an ensuite bathroom that is truly to impress offering double vanity sinks with elegant white quartz counter tops and a beautifully designed custom walk in shower with unique HexArt Deco Azul porcelain matte tile and his/her Delta shower heads that is enclosed with a customer glass door enclosure keeping you warm as you dry-off.

Unlike most of the Tradewinds units, Rambo's Beach Retreat offers our guests an ensuite washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay, no more having to use the shared onsite laundry facility.

Rental Agreement Acknowledgment, Electronic Consent, and Execution Requirement: By submitting payment for this reservation, the Guest acknowledges that the Guest has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Anna Maria Rental Properties Rental Agreement, thereby creating a legally binding contract between the Guest and Anna Maria Rental Properties, LLC. The Primary Guest accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all occupants, invitees, and visitors comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Guest further agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, penalties, charges, or violations of property rules, homeowners' association rules, community regulations, or applicable laws caused by the Guest, members of the Guest's party, occupants, invitees, or visitors during the reservation period. Guests are encouraged to contact Anna Maria Rental Properties promptly with any questions, concerns, or issues before or during their stay so that reasonable efforts may be made to address them. The full Anna Maria Rental Properties Rental Agreement, including all Rental Terms and Conditions, is made available to Guests prior to booking through the VRBO platform, including within the House Rules and Rental Agreement sections. Failure to timely execute and return the Rental Agreement may result, in the sole discretion of Anna Maria Rental Properties, LLC, and subject to applicable law and VRBO platform rules, in any of the following: Cancellation of the reservation; Forfeiture of payments, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules; Refusal or denial of check-in or occupancy. The Guest further agrees that failure to sign and return the Rental Agreement after booking does not invalidate, revoke, or otherwise impair the enforceability of the terms and conditions already accepted electronically at the time of booking.
