  • Bay Watch Condo is een kleiner complex met zestien eenheden gelegen aan 1301 Bay Drive North in Bradenton Beach in een zeer gewild complex. Het is een directe Bay front condo met een aanlegsteiger, tropisch, verwarmd zwembad en overdekte parkeerplaats. Volledig uitzicht op de baai vanuit de woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamer brengt de schoonheid van de Intracoastal Waterway volledig in beeld. Bay Watch is verstopt en stil, dus als u op zoek bent naar rust - deze is voor u! Hoewel het direct aan de baai ligt, liggen de witte zandstranden van de Golf van Mexico op minder dan een blok afstand.

    Dit prachtig ingerichte apparaat is net gerenoveerd en biedt alle mogelijke voorzieningen voor uw gemak en comfort. Nieuwe toevoegingen zijn high speed internet met uitgebreide kabel. U kunt 's ochtends koffie kijken naar de zonsopgang vanaf uw eigen open Lanai over de baai of een lijn uit het dok laten vallen en dineren.

    Deze eenheid slaapt zes met een queen size bed in de grote slaapkamer, twee aparte bedden in de logeerkamer en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Er is een 32 "televisie in de woonkamer met een dvd-speler en een 19" televisie in de slaapkamer. Er is een full-size wasmachine en droger in de unit.

Wonderful Getaway

We were there to celebrate a birthday and Memorial Day. The location is fantastic, view of the bay is tranquil, and a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this location and rental company. They were quick to reply to questions via text and pleasant to communicate with.

Great location

Nice condo with an awesome deck to watch sunrise on the bay. Very short walk to the beach. A little tricky to find the parking spot under the building.

Wonderful Place!

This location is the best of both worlds! You can kayak, fish and watch for dolphins in bay or walk across the road to the beach. We had a phenomenal time. The location was great. Our older kids were able to take the trolly around the island while we hung out at the beach. The condo was quite and had a great pool. It also comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and a wagon.

Property very nice, but the checkin was messed up.

The property for the most part was good. There were some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but they were not show stoppers. The location of property was excellent with a beautiful view of the bay. We received some erroneous email communications from Island Vacation Properties. There was no checkin envelope at the property managers office and their office was not even open during the prime Saturday afternoon checkin window. As for the property itself, I would definitely stay again.

Condo was in a good location in relation to the beach and walkable to a few restaurants. The condo overall needs a little attention. Sheetrock work and painting where leaks have occurred would be suggested. Property was mostly clean except living area that had not been vacuumed. Master bedroom mattress and sheets could be replaced. We left a day early.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day July 22nd, the TV did not work had to call 3 times to get it fixed. There was mildew on the ceiling in the Main Bedroom. Kitchen faucet was broken I had to fix it. The fan/light fixture in the main Bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The floors were full of sand, we had to vacuum. The closet in the guest bedroom was full of sand from the beach equipment that was stored there. We never had a chance to swim in the Pool, because there were many families with kids in diapers and little kids constantly yelling, the Pool Rules clearly stated no more then 9 persons at a time. If I had to pick one positive it would be the view.

Beautiful view, outdated condo

It was an ok place. Very outdated. One negative is that I had called and told the rental company that our master bath sink would not drain and he told me he’d put in a work order. Well, nobody ever showed up. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Location

Beautiful bay views, easy walk across street to beaches. Wonderful heated pool. Can walk or bike to a couple restaurants and shops. Spacious, clean condo. Rental company easy to work with and very responsive.
