With 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, featuring 4 king-sized beds for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom is designed with relaxation in mind, providing a restful atmosphere for a rejuvenating stay. The main level features two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The cabana room includes twin over twin bunkbeds, an ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the covered pool area. Two additional king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, are on the second floor. This level also includes a separate full kitchen with dining room and a living room with a twin daybed. A perfect solution for multi-family stays or those looking for extra space and privacy. A delightful sun porch with loungers is accessed from the kitchen and ready for you to enjoy your favorite island beverage in one of the loungers or your morning coffee while waiting for the sunrise.

The home boasts a private, heated pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or simply soaking up the sun. The cabana room may be accessed from the pool level and is a quick escape for reading, napping or enjoying your favorite show. An outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is available to rinse off the sand after a day at the shore. The backyard is fenced for privacy, providing a safe and peaceful environment for your dogs, as the home is dog-friendly (with a pet fee). Beach Bay B is a dog friendly home! If you have added a dog to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit.

Additional amenities include a Keurig and drip coffee maker for your morning caffeine fix, complimentary Wi-Fi, a professional linen service, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
