Bollinger Duplex B: gezellig duplex appartement op korte loopafstand van het strand

De Bollinger Duplex, Side B is een maaiveld met één slaapkamer, een badkamer duplex gelegen op 6909 Gulf Drive, in het favoriete noorden van Holmes Beach. Het is slechts een half blok naar een prachtig strand waar je van het ene uiteinde van Anna Maria Island naar het volgende kunt wandelen!

Deze begane grond unit is onlangs gerenoveerd en is voorzien van nieuwe verf, tapijt en apparaten. Er is een carport en een gedeelde wasmachine en droger aanwezig voor uw gebruik. De Bollinger Duplex heeft een televisie in de woonkamer met een dvd-speler. Er is ook een houtskoolgrill beschikbaar voor uw gebruik.

Draadloos high speed internet is voorzien.

Deze eenheid slaapt zes met een kingsize bed in de grote slaapkamer, een slaapbank in de woonkamer en nog een slaapbank in de afgesloten ruimte.

Deze unit kan ook worden gehuurd in combinatie met de Bollinger Duplex kant A voor groepen tot twaalf. Huur beide kanten en ontvang 10% korting! Een week minimum verhuur.

I thought the passcode wasn’t working when we tried to access the unit for the first time, but it was my error. Before discovering the error, I texted the host for assistance and she was at the property within 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our needs, including being pet-friendly.

Can't wait to go back!

We typically stay at a timeshare on LBK but this year our week didn't line up with our school break. We couldn't believe what a great find this was. We really only used the unit to sleep and prepare small meals. The unit itself is older but it had new couches which were clean and inviting. The carport made for a nice place to eat outside even when raining. The detached bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that there were some beach chairs, toys, and wagon available for us to use. The only thing I would ask that you change is the bedframe in the bedroom is too large for the bed so estimating where the end of it is in the dark is hard. I walked into it a couple times before placing a large bag in the way for the remainder of the stay. We would love to stay again.

Close to beach and trolley stop. The home is in need of a lot TLC both cleaning and maintenance. The inside of cupboards were dirty. Some utensils needed to be washed before use. Chairs on the patio were broken. There were no potholders or kitchen towels. We have vacationed on the island for about 24 years and Overall it was just not what I have come to expect. It was just the two of us so we were ok but will not be returning.
