  • Deze 3 slaapkamers 3. 5 badkamers Bradenton Beach Oasis stuurt u rechtstreeks naar de stad met zijn moderne, goed ingerichte omgeving. Het ligt verscholen in een rustige straat vlak bij Gulf Drive en op een paar minuten lopen van de witte zandstranden aan de Golf van Mexico. Gelegen op loopafstand van de vele winkels en restaurants in Bradenton Beach, biedt dit huis u alles wat u wilt op een eiland, terwijl u toch de luxe krijgt waar u op een tropische vakantie op zou hopen. Met een verwarmd privézwembad en een eethoek in de buitenlucht is het moeilijk te verslaan! Het grote dek direct naast de koningin slaapkamer, profiteert van voortdurende zeebries terwijl gasten kunnen genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op de Golf. Als u zich terugtrekt voor de avond, vindt u een extra grote slaapkamer en een bad (inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel, jacuzzi).). De tweede slaapkamer is compleet met een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. Ten slotte is de derde slaapkamer voorzien van een stapelbed met een tv voor de kinderen om van te genieten!

This house is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can drive north it gets busier and you can drive south and it gets busier. But a perfect walk to the beach. The best part about it is the pool that provides relief from the beach when it gets hot. The pool is perfect for all ages.

Great house, great location

Great location to beach, just about a block away. The house was perfect for two families of 4 that we had. Bunk room for all the kids and two separate rooms (master and a loft) for the adults. Pool was nice to have for breaks from the beach. Check in/out process was easy and good communication from host.

Great week at the beach! Short walk to the beach, clean house. The pool was a plus for our kids! The only downside for us was the limited supplies left for an entire week stay (one extra trash bag, one dishwasher pod, and one extra toilet paper roll). Went to the store to stock up, but obviously had lots left over. With that being said, we would definitely book this place again!

This beach house was perfect! It had everything we needed for the perfect week. Plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach cooler and umbrellas. Also, the property is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The home was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking meals easy. We loved it and hope to return!

The check in process was easy and convenient. We were pleasently surprised when we walked into the house. It was supper clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing. Couldn’t ask to be any closer to the beach and you could sit on the roof top patio and enjoy the view. There were plenty of towels for the house and the beach! We will definitley stay again!! Vacation with friends

Our two families stayed together in this wonderful home. It was so convenient being a block to the beach and the trolley stop. We never used our rental car. We loved how spacious the house was, the heated pool, and especially the rooftop balcony. We watched many sunsets from there! We fell in love with the island and will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience!

This house is very close to the beach and the pool is great for hanging out in the evening. We did have one issue when we arrived and it took a couple communication attempts but it did get resolved within 48 hours. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed inside as well as umbrellas, chairs and a wagon outside for the beach. It has a full size coffee pot(not just a Keurig) which we also appreciated. We have tall teenage boys and the bunk beds weren’t quite big or sturdy enough for them.We made it work but something to keep in mind. The bunk room is ideal for younger kids in my opinion. Quick note: There is a great deal of construction going on surrounding the house. We were at the beach most of the day and were not disturbed by it but it may be a nuisance to those who are seeking quiet. Overall we had a great stay at this house and would recommend to anyone traveling to beautiful AMI for a vacation.

Good location and parking. Outdated bathrooms, with toilets that are loose. Previous guests/cleaning crew left bag of trash in kitchen. Lots of kiddie floaty toys all over backyard. For the price of the stay I expected it to look like the pictures posted.

Memorial weekend family vacation

We’ve rented a few properties from this management company. I will say this was the best one of them all. This is a very lively location our neighbors were all on vacation and having fun and that was important to us as we have teenagers that wanted to play music and hang out in the pool till after sunset. The AC was fantastic with all the in and out we did. The kitchen was great there were plenty of bathrooms 2 living rooms Netflix in all the rooms. The pool was great!This house could easily accommodate 10-11 people and easily 5 vehicles. But… the best part was the 2 minute walk to the most amazing beach. I would suggest a new refrigerator as it didn’t get as cold even if the highest setting. And additional landscape lighting in the yard around the pool.But this place was fantastic!

As great as all the other reviews said! Very comfortable, had great starter paper goods, soaps, dishwasher detergent, etc. - plus beach towels and chairs. I brought shampoo, lotion and the like - and bring your sunscreen! But the pool had shaded bits, which was nice. I had read in a review, I expect, that there was an upstairs balcony that was great for watching sunsets. There are sliding doors up there with an outside railing, but no balcony and a partial view of the beach. And I can’t imagine why one wouldn’t walk the minute to the beach to watch the sunset anyway! Very lovely and well-located rental. And I enjoyed the arts and crafts at the Coquina Beach market (open 2 days a week, I believe). We didn’t use the trolley since traffic wasn’t bad, but I did see it! A lovely vacation spot.

This was our first time on the island and I think we chose the hottest week of the century! We had two kids with us, ages 6 and 3. That beautiful pool was a lifesaver! Any time we did a beach, boating, museum type activity in the morning, the pool was there waiting for us to spend hours in cooling off! The house was fantastic too, clean and comfortable. The first night there was an issue with the AC and it got fixed early the next morning. Would highly recommend this house! Couldn’t beat the location either!

Better than the pictures!

This rental was excellent for our over 18 family. Lots of room to hang out together in the large living room or in the backyard. The rooms were private and allowed for everyone to be able to recharge. The pool is wonderful for swimming or sitting in the chairs and staying cool. It is a very short walk to the beach, which beach access one block away. The central location on the island is the best! There was also plenty of beach towels, pool accessories, kitchen supplies and bath towels. We brought extra beach towels but never used our own. The house is well equipped compared to other homes we have stayed in on AMI. Highly recommend!

A True Delight

This is second year for us at this rental. It is well-equipped and furnishings are satisfactory. Check-in worked fine this year (unlike 2023) but it would have been nice to check in earlier since we learned no one using this property for the preceding 4-5 days prior to our arrival. We love the heated pool but a hot tub would welcomed addition. We felt the dishwasher was showing its age and in need of replacement. We hope to return next year but we are open to researching other possibilities in this area. Overall this property ticks all the boxes but it’s a bit on the high side regarding the rental price.

Pool and beach-what more could you need?!?!?

We had a great 6 day stay at this beach vacation rental. I give the whole experience a 5 star rating. Best parts: -having your own heated pool! The pool was great and perfect for our 3 kids (aged 4-11) -the beach really is two blocks away and since it is not near the more public part, it was not crowded and we felt COVID safe and had lots of room to spread out. They had everything you needed: a wagon, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, buckets, etc. -kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, lots of towels, extra pillows, fans, etc. I saw a high chair and pack n play as well. -the drive into Anna Maria/Holmes Beach/Pine street was so worth it! we spent a lazy morning there and really liked it. Great food there! Some things we noted, that DID NOT take away from the experience: -the 3rd bedroom is more of an open air loft, there is no door and a skinny spiral staircase to get up. The bathroom up there is also open. So, the person in that room needs to be mobile and a sound sleeper, as you can hear everything up there -The master is in a separate part of the house...which was great but I was very glad I brought a baby monitor because the kids were so far away from me. -There is no accessibility for mobile impaired people, lots of stairs -this part of the beach/Anna Maria is not walkable to restaurants/shops. I did not know the area well when I booked. Yes, a group of adults could walk the about mile to some restaurants, but it was too far for my kids. Not a deal breaker, just something we discovered. -As I find with many Airbnb/VRBOs, what is in the kitchen always varies. This is one where nothing is left behind, so no condiments, no oils, nothing like that. So make sure to stock up on your way in Overall we loved our stay, give it 5 STARS and would book again! Perfect location to the beach, Bridge Street!

You cannot beat the location with this house. So easy to walk to the beach and all chairs, umbrellas and wagons were there for our use. We had a group of 8 ladies and it was good but possible a bit tight for sleeping purposes. A few things... Originally when booking, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle. Less than a month before the trip I was looking at pics online again and they switched the room set up to 2 sets of bunk beds. Not a huge deal but just thought it was interesting. That room became a bit tight for 4 adults. The upstairs bedroom has a great balcony with views of the Gulf. Great for coffee in the morning, sunsets and just some alone time. One thing to note with the upstairs bed room is A) there is no door, just a spiral staircase up there so SOUND TRAVELS and B) there isn't a complete wall between the bathroom and bedroom upstairs so choose your bathroom time wisely : ) The kitchen/family room layout was great for cooking, chatting and relaxing all while being together. I would say the kitchen is "minimally" stocked compared to other places I've stayed. When we arrived there was no toilet paper or soap in any of the bathrooms. This was a bummer after finally arriving after a good drive from the airport. I called the owners/real estate company. I do feel like this process was difficult. No answer as it was after hours (7pm) and i couldn't leave a message anywhere. Thankfully someone called me back a little later but basically said I'll have to go get some for the meantime until they can come tomorrow. I did not like that. They did come the next day and drop off a few rolls and some soap. The pool was nice. Patio set for sitting out for meals. Good amount of chair options for everyone. Overall it fit our needs very well. Like I said before, you cannot beat the location to the beach, trolley stop and restaurants within walking distance!
