Volledig vernieuwd, Endless Summer is een prachtig huis-away-from-home. Panoramisch uitzicht van de Golf-front balkon bieden een vlekkeloze uitzicht op de prachtige zonsondergangen dat is vrij veel een garantie op AMI!

Een fantastische keuken verleidt u om te koken tot een gastronomische maaltijd, of je nu een professional of een beginner. De twee koning slaapkamer suites zijn perfect voor twee koppels of een gezin. Een grote, verwarmde Golf-front zwembad en de spa is een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand. Flatscreen televisies, een full size wasmachine en droger en een open haard voor de zeldzame koele avonden zijn slechts enkele van de voorzieningen die ervoor zorgt dat u terugkomen jaar na jaar.

The unit is ocean front and a great view! Was beautiful! The pictures on the site do not do the condo justice as the place is fantastic! Only issue and the reason I gave a good rating instead of excellent is due to the work on the roof that started at 7am and lasted all day. Stayed 6 days and the construction was during 4 of them. Also the workers cut the ac line and we were w/o ac for a bit. This was out of the owners control.

The Condo was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for two couples. The ocean front location was perfect with amazing views and trolley stop right out front of the property. The Elevator was still out but was not an issue for us. The property and pool area was extremely maintained and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. Checkin / checkout process was easy with great communication from rental company with code access given prior to arrival.

Gorgeous beach views

Although the elevator was out of service due to the hurricane, the facility has had lots of work done to it to get it back in operation. The pool was open the week before we got there.The grounds have had all of the trees and bushes removed, but they will get replanted. I am confident.You can tell they take pride in the property and it will be wonderful again soon.It was everything we needed for our vacation and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Excellent property with great beach access and views. Bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all immaculately clean. Great layout for two couples or a family with private baths in each bedroom. Good price and value. We would rent it again.Elevator was out of service but stairs to third floor were no problem for fit 60-year-olds.Cons: Minimum of a mile walk to nearest desired restaurants and entertainment either direction along the beach or busy street. Basic amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. were either not provided or of the lowest quality and quantity. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and appreciated but in poor condition.

Amazing Anna Maria Island

We had a great Spring Break week on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. It was sad to see the remains of the devastation from the hurricanes but it did not stop people from visiting. The condo was in a very friendly complex and close to shopping and great restaurants, not to mention, it was so close to The Gulf that it almost felt like we could reach out and touch the water. Unfortunately, the pool and elevator were not restored yet but the crews were working hard to get them and the grounds back to normal. We will definitely be returning for our next visit.

This property has a great view. You can sit on the couch and see the ocean. The kitchen is newly updated and in great shape. Loved everything about this place except that there were a few minor repairs that’s need to be taken care of. I notified the owner and they were quick to respond and offer solutions. Does need some plumbing updates in the bathrooms but would stay here again.

A Great 4th of July Beach Trip

Our family of 4 made a relatively last minute trip down to Anna Maria for the week of July 4th. The condo was a great set up for our family with great access to the Gulf, Anna Maria Is and everything else. Each unit had it own covered parkingbspace which was great. Only drawback os that there are NO GRILLS on the property. So we had to resort to using an old Foreman Grill found in our unit to "grill" steaks or burgers. That was a little disappointing, but otherwise a great condo. We would love to visit again in the future.

This property lived up to its advertising. Everything was as described. Neat, clean, well appointed (beachy, somewhat dated). Only a few minor complaints: a prior renter had left poorly cleaned kitchen pans in the drawer under the stove, bathroom sinks ran very slowly.

A beautiful place in a gorgeous location. We enjoyed the ocean view, days on the beach, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The space is lovely and very comfortable. It was nice having beach chairs provided too. We had perfect weather as well. The only problem was leaving, but there is always next year to look forward to.
