Our stay was good. Location, location, location. This location is perfect for beach goers. The hosts were very easy/fast to respond to any questions. A few things to others looking at this property. It is not a well stocked property. Very basic. No replacement of paper products. (it does state that in the description) Bring everything you expect to use. There were two chairs, and some sand toys. I did ask the host about beach things so we didn't have to bring, and was told they don't advertise beach equipment so whatever is there is ok to use. Being several steps from the beach you would want your guests to enjoy the beach comfortably. The house was clean but a bit dated. Refrigerator makes a lot of noise. Some maintenance besides cleaning duties that the cleaners would do need some attention. (broken wall decor, outside area needs some upkeep attention) There is a great inside patio area, but not really usable. The air conditioner that is in this area is very old, and to small for the area. This is a pet friendly property which we enjoyed. It is fenced in so you do not have to worry about having your dog outside, but note, there is no grass, so you will still probably need to walk pets. Please don't get me wrong, we did enjoy our stay but wanted inform others of our experience.
