Deze accommodatie in kuststijl biedt vanuit elke kamer een luxe uitzicht en beschikt over slimme T.V.'s in alle slaapkamers, de woonkamer en het buitenzwembad. Mermaids Landing was a beautiful property and in a great location on Anna Maria Island! Very walkable. We really love the outdoor pool area.

Awesome location to walk to beach. Great addition to have a wagon, umbrella and 6 beach chairs. Short walk to bridge street for food and shops. Spacious house for a multi family stay, would highly recommend!

We had so much fun at the nearby beaches! The host had plenty of beach accessories available for us to use- a wagon, seats and sand toys. The kids loved it!

Great location.

Best location on the entire island due to its proximity to the beach, the bay, and Bridge Street with all its restaurants, shops, and bars. The house was perfect and the pool and spa were just what we needed after a long day on the beach.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is in the literal perfect location for the beach. We rented a gold cart to get around town, which I would recommend. But it’s very easily accessible by walking as well. Would definitely stay at the house again.

Mermaids landing was everything and more. Very clean. Well appointed with ample supply of towels, linens, kitchen equipment.We had a minor issue with one of the toilets. It was handled promptly and fixed. We were not able to connect to the WiFi after the second day of our stay, but I must say - it was not a problem for us. We spent our time at the beach or at the gorgeous pool. Never turned on a tv!Thanks for a gorgeous place to share our family vacation.

Great friends & family trip!

We had the absolute best time staying in Bradenton Beach, as no one from our group of 12 had been before. The rental group was amazing and went above and beyond even letting us stow our luggage when we arrived well before check in & left well after. The house is in a great location and everyone in our group had a blast! We’ve definitely found a new “beach town!”

Perfect family vacation

This was the perfect location for our annual family vacation! Was great for the kids and we were even able to bring our dog along. Just steps away from the beach, this was a great spot on AMI- easily accessible to the restaurants and bridge street pier. We even went to longboat key for dinner one night. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We had a great time, and the rental house was perfect. It fit our group of 13. The walk to everything was close. The kitchen was a good size. the pool area was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

July 4th Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space, with all couples having their own master suite. The pool was amazing and location could not be better to walk to the beach. We had a 7-month old and pleasantly surprised to have a high chair, pack n play, and walker. And, everything you need for beach (wagon, chairs, towels, noodles). Beach area is amazing and we will definitely come back.

Great house

Property was fantastic. It is one house from the bay and 3 houses away from the gulf. We saw a bunch of sunsets and sunrises on the roof deck. Pool was big enough for our family of 5 to swim in and take a break from a day at the beach. We took bikes to bridge street most nights for dinner where you can find plenty of options. House had 2 kayaks and 3 bikes for us to use. Houses is also a quick bike ride to longboat key where we are at Whitney’s. Probably the best food we had while there.

My code to get in didn’t work but Emma was very responsive The hot tub wasn’t heating up and didn’t get fixed until our last night which was too bad as it was chilly outside and would have nice to have used sooner as that was a big sell for us Again Emma was very responsive and kind and the location was great

Anniversary Celebration.

Wife and I celebrating anniversary with grandchildren, kids and spouses. House was as advertised, some minor maintenance needs, instructions for pool. Grandchildren loved the pool, we rented golf carts and explored the island and shopped. Shell hunted in early mornings, it was nice to watch sun rise &sunset from the house and other locations nearby. The service at every restaurant for supper was great as well as the food. We bought groceries for breakfast and lunches, along with snacking. Wegrilled one night as well.
