Een onlangs gerenoveerd eilandretraite! Alle rust en luxe die u wenst, vindt u hier. Allemaal nieuw, van binnen en van buiten! Sugar Reef is een duplex, dus het kan beide eenheden worden gehuurd voor een grotere groep. Zie aanbieding # 684977 voor SUIKERRIF "A". Elke unit is geschikt voor 4 personen. Met gewelfde plafonds en een open plattegrond heeft de unit een open, strandachtige sfeer.

U zult genieten van het gemak van slechts twee korte blokken lopen voor directe toegang tot de Golf van Mexico! Je hebt ook snel toegang tot de baai, het park aan het water, de lancering van de kajak en de kinderspeelplaats.

Sugar Reef is centraal gelegen op Anna Maria Island, tussen Manatee Avenue en Cortez Road voor gemakkelijke toegang op en naast het eiland. Je kunt gemakkelijk op de GRATIS trolley springen om de volledige lengte van het eiland te rijden. Een korte 20 minuten rijden met de auto naar St. Armands Circle. Gelegen op loopafstand van vele historische Bridge Street en vele restaurants en winkels.

Sweet little gem

It was perfect for my girls and my fiancé! He proposed on Holmes Beach (the short one block walk to the beach) during the AMAZING sunset the second night. The girls and I have a tradition of going to the "same beach every night for the sunset" and this duplex was absolutely perfect.Screened in porch was a win by all of us and it was the perfect location for our first family vacation. The duplex neighbors were so friendly and inviting as well, spoke highly of the owner. Very happy and I hope to book again next year!

This place is a gem!!! Very short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc! They had the most comfortable beds! Decorated cute with everything you need for the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this place and location!!!

Comfortable Condo for Our Family of 4!

Everything up to date, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week in Florida. During Hurricane Debby I was able to go out to the protected screened porch and fall asleep on the couch while enjoying the elements of the weather. Perfectly situated on the narrow island. My grandkids enjoyed standing in the street, looking a block and a half one way to the ocean, a block and a half the other way was the bay. Laura was a perfect host! No wonder she’s usually booked!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing and it was nice to have all the beach stuff available to use! The only thing I will say is, the bathtub drain was clogged when we got there and the water pressure is actually insane; it’s so strong that it’s hard not to get water everywhere and it kind of hurts. I know some people might enjoy this and usually I do too but this was a bit much. Also the light situation in the bedrooms was very weird, the remotes controlled both rooms so when you turned on the lights in one they also turned on in the other and they would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. This could also just be user error! But overall it was good for the couple of days that we used it and I feel like it would be good for families!

Perfect spot on the island

We could not have picked a more perfect place for our first time on AMI. Just a short walk to beach or bay. Place was super clean and well supplied. Definitely one of the best Vrbo rentals we have ever stayed in. Being 12 hours away dont know if we will ever make it back that way but if we are fortunate to get to come back to AMI we would definitely rent here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

My best friend and I took her son, who turned 13 while at the beach, and his best friend for a birthday weekend. The place was great for a couple of kiddos to have quick access to the beach, all the beach toys they needed, and all the necessities to boot. Laura was very responsive. When our wagon wheels broke, she lined out a replacement in no time flat. Great stay. Highly recommend.

3-minutes' walk to a beautiful beach. Multiple restaurants and bars within about a mile. Unit had every amenity we needed, including a stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs, screened porches, and A/C. Would rent again!
