GEEN AUTO NODIG! TWEE MASTER SUITES! Modern huis op loopafstand van strand, baai, historische brugstraat, pier, restaurants, winkels, ijs, minigolf, vissen, watersporten, deze locatie heeft het allemaal! U zult hier absoluut van het gemak genieten! Geniet van onze prachtige stranden, bekijk zonsondergangen en zonsopkomsten vanaf uw balkon of geniet van het verwarmde zwembad. Wij zijn het tweede huis van het strand 50 meter en je tenen zullen in het zand zijn. Schone rustige straat maar dichtbij genoeg om overal naartoe te lopen.

De ruimte
Het huis is een 4-slaapkamer, 3. 5 bad met 2 master bedroom suites met elk een eigen complete badkamer, dubbele wastafel, granieten werkbladen, betegelde inloopdouche met glazen deuren en inloopkast. Derde slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een gedeelde badkamer met de vierde slaapkamer met stapelbedden. Jack & Jill badkamer heeft ook dubbele wastafels, granieten werkbladen, bad / douche combinatie, mooie tegels met dat beachy gevoel.
Onze eenheid is ruim, schoon, helder met een open concept. De keuken heeft granieten werkbladen, mooie kasten en benodigdheden voor al uw kookbehoeften. Full size koelkast, flat top fornuis, magnetron, K cup koffiezetapparaat. De woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen, een flatscreen-tv en een queensize slaapbank. De walk-out balkon aan woonkamer heeft uitzicht op het strand en de baai. Lift naar alle verdiepingen, garage voor 2 wagens, privé wasmachine en droger in de unit. Het zwembad wordt verwarmd met volledig overdekt terras, tafel, stoelen, gas grill, flatscreen-tv.
Wij leveren alle beddengoed, badhanddoeken, 4 rollen toiletpapier per badkamer, 10 strandstoelen, 10 strandhanddoeken en 4 fietsen voor volwassenen.
Wij bezitten ook het aangrenzende huis dat dezelfde plattegrond heeft en ook te huur is. Verdubbel uw ruimte voor de familiebijeenkomsten.

Girls Trip

This is our fourth girl’s trip to Anna Maria Island. This house was amazing. We watched sunrise and sunset from our balcony. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Thank goodness for the elevator, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. Awesome trip!!

Absolutely wonderful!

This property is fantastic. Great location with short walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants by the bay side of AMI. Then opposite, 1 min walk to beach. Super convenient. The house is beautiful. Very clean and neat. Lots of natural light. 6 women on yearly BFF trip had plenty of room and bathrooms. Kitchen was open and provided fun times for cooking. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and towels. The pool was refreshing and just the right size. Enjoyed watching sun rises and sun sets from 3rd flr balcony and hearing the live music from Bridge Street Tiki Bar added to the ambience. Check in and out was simple and we had such a wonderful time. Would def stay here again. Thank you Adam for sharing your wonderful space.

College friends and families 20th trip reunion

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.

Our family rented both sides of this house for my mother's birthday. The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach..backyard pool, a grill and a nice supply of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We did a-lot of cooking and kitchen was great for prepping meals for our group...only wish the kitchen were on the main level vs. top floor. The host Adam was beyond responsive and helpful. Would def stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time and the location of the house was fantastic. Look to your right and see the sunrise and to the left is the beach and sunset! The house was very clean and was equipped with all the kitchen necessities we needed. Adam (host) is very responsive should anything come up during your stay. Perfect location. Steps to the beach and town. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the front porch. Home was comfortably furnished and kitchen was adequately supplied. Host was very responsive. We had a small issue with the linens and host was quick to respond and correct the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family gathering place

Perfect family gathering place. Plenty of room to spread out as well as come together. The balcony was great to sit out at night and chat and listen to local live music, as well as to watch the the sun rise/set/moon over the water. The location is so convenient. You can just walk to the end of the road to reach the ocean/beach...or go the other way and reach the marina. And just a few steps further, you can walk to fun restaurants/bars. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook in. And the washer and dryer came in handy. The private pool is a really neat feature, especially all lit up in the dark. Plenty of pool towels were provided. We really enjoyed the beach decor and beautiful paintings. Everything was very clean and the walls all looked to have a fresh coat of paint...including the outside...it is now blue! The elevator was very handy for luggage and groceries and for those in our group that were uncomfortable with stairs. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Anna Maria Family Trip 2023

I chose this place because of it's closeness to the beach, Bridge St. and that it had a pool which was perfect for the kids after all day excursions. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The beautiful beach is across the street, and walking distance to Bridge St. with all the stores and restaurants was awesome. We will definitely come back next year thank you!

Incredible location!

Ideal location nestled steps from the beach and the bay! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the 3rd floor porch. Plus, the house is a short walk to all the action on Bridge Street!!

Bradenton Beach

The property was spacious and clean, with a fantastic open concept on the third floor and a great pool area, both of which encouraged socializing. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. If I ever go back to this area I will absolutely try to get into this property again.
