'Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .'

'Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel'

'Wow, what a beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated and very spacious. The layout and decor just works. The terrace is netted and has a view towards the ocean. You can see it through the palm trees. You have an open/light feeling when staying there. Our childrens (11 & 12) shared the sofa bed, it is quite wide so no issue for them. The master bedroom with adjacent bathroom is pure luxe. 'Great location, plenty of beaches, parks, eateries, shops,etc..The room was clean, however, this is a bedroom that used to be part of a complete condo. Probably used to be the "master". The a/c is a portable a/c that is usually for temporary use. There are vents in the ceiling and I believe there is an a/c in the closet that is locked, however there is no thermostat to control it. (probably in the "main unit"). The "kitchenette" is a shelf in a closet in the bathroom.? The fridge is under the...

'Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves.
