'The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.'

'We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone.'

'Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves. 'Perfect location to enjoy the beach. Staff was easy to work with even when we arrived very early! If we come back to this Island we will be booking with The Beach club again. You can see the beach just outside your door. '
