Het prachtige groene huis ligt op 8 minuten van de stranden en dicht bij uitstekende restaurants en winkels. Gloednieuw gekooide zwembad heeft fonteinen, jets en een waterval. Een drijvend dok om te vissen, zitten en kajakken.

Ik heb dit huis zelf gebouwd en het is "een primeur" voor mij en ik heb elk ontwerpdetail bezocht om het mooi en uniek te maken. Ervaar het "high-end" comfort van dit gloednieuwe huis aan een prachtig 'meer. Kathedraal plafonds met alle mogelijke 'top of the line'-faciliteiten om te bieden, we hebben het ontworpen om aan uw behoeften te voldoen en weerspiegelen onze levendige en handige omgeving.

Het groene huis is op maat gebouwd met moderne kleuren, smaragd parelgranieten aanrechtbladen, rustieke en mozaïsche tegels en prachtige modieuze meubels. Deze ruime woning biedt ontspanning in elegant moderne accommodaties, waaronder; slimme flat screens in IEDERE zaal, Wi-Fi-toegang, Exbox-spellen en bordspellen, gloednieuwe en dure matrassen, allemaal in een rookvrije omgeving die zowel huisdiervriendelijk als ergonomisch vriendelijk is. Er zijn twee "high-end" queen-size luchtbedden met een elektrische inflator. Adem de vele smaakvolle funky, leuke en moderne decoraties door het hele huis in die het echt de "super FUN dream home" -ervaring geven!

Onze luxe keuken heeft gloednieuwe GE-apparatuur en bevat ook blender, mixer, broodrooster, enorme crock-pot, wafelijzer, salademaker, theemaker, espressomachine, koffiezetapparaat, K-Cup maker, verse juicer voor zwaar werk en nog veel meer leuke keukentoestellen. De achtertuin "heeft het allemaal" voor die geweldige buitenkeuken en woonervaring. Happy Grillin '!

De unieke centrale en handige locatie is een enorm pluspunt en zorgt voor veel meer opties om te verkennen en meer leuke dingen te doen om te doen, zien en ontdekken!

We had an awesome time! Jackie’s place was beyond what we needed and was fully stocked! The fenced in yard, pool and lake out back to fish in were great. We liked how close the house was to absolutely anything you could need and the beaches were just a short drive up the road. The house was extra clean, had laundry machines, and lots of extras to use. We needed to bring our dogs, so finding this home that allowed us to bring our pets was a bonus. Jackie was also nearby if we needed anything! 10/10 recommend this property.

Lots of fun! Cozy house located right outside Sarasota! We moved our daughter to college at Ringling College of Art & Design. This home allowed our family to come with us! Even our frenchie! Jackie was a great host and went above and beyond, looking up public transportation routes for my daughter! Was truly great!

Our host Jackie was very nice. Explained everything accurately to have an easy check in and check out. Not far from the beach or the airport in Sarasota. Stores are easy to access and a gas station at the corner. As for the property it definitely could use some updates and a good cleaning inside and out. Outdoor furniture could definitely be changed and Lani has holes for bugs to enter. The house was stocked with a lot of kitchen items. Not many towels for swimming. No lounge chairs for tanning A ton of beach items and some pool stuff in the garage. Beds were not very comfortable. All in all the stay was just okay.

Great way to vacation Anna Marie Island

Wanted to take the family to Anna Marie Island without being crammed into a small space or paying a premium for a view. Jackie's Green House was a great option for our family. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and most of all... A private pool! My kids loved swimming every morning and evening and I loved that Jackie provided all the towels, toys and fun stuff needed for our stay.The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the bathrooms were clean and enjoyable to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed and very convenient for a large family. Next time we'll have to bring the dog!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.

The Green House

We enjoyed our 10 days in Bradenton! We only had communication with Jackie twice. once to get the instructions on how to get into the house upon arrival and again right before we left to see if possible to stay 1 extra night due to our flight. She always responded right away. i will list the things that we experienced or noticed while at the green house. The main issue that we had was the lack of privacy in the small backyard looking into the pool area. There is a short privacy fence on the one side, but none on the other side. The yards are close together and a family of 4 had just moved into the house next door. It felt uncomfortable to be in the pool area while they were out in the yard. The home was very clean and had great showers. It would be nice to have some kind of recliner at the pool area. We had to go buy a new skillet in order to make meals as the only 2 there were awful! Just a couple newer skillets would be great. There was just a couple older air mattresses for the pool that were mostly flat, but we never found a pump to use. Also, to have some kind of small radio that you could use when outside would be nice. The fishing poles she mentions in the descriptions, are not useable. No clean sponge left to use in kitchen. The garage is mostly used for old storage and items that are no longer used. Again, the biggest concern was the lack of privacy. The neighborhood had lots of garbage laying in yards in multiple areas that never got cleaned up during our stay.

The Green House was a delight to visit. Both inside and out was immaculately clean. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! This property is exactly as listed and more!! Very roomy and very well stocked with extra pool towels, beach supplies in the garage, coolers things that we did not have to lug with us. Plenty of cookware, spices,has both a coffee pot and Kureg. Really just need to bring your clothes and groceries. The hosts level of communication was great she even takes the time to email you info about the area which was nice. Centrally located. Overall this is a great place to book!! Recommend

Me my husband and 5 kids 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was great. We would stay again. Jackie was great and her house is beautiful. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing in the pond. There was so many beaches really close. We loved it so much.

Best gat away ever

Me and my wife stayed at Jackie’s to be close to Anna Maria island. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. Will def be a future guest again :)

Our stay at Jackie's VRBO home was very nice. The pool is wonderful and the view is fantastic. Super comfy bed, awesome water pressure comfortable furniture.
