The outdoor entertainment area is second to none, featuring a built-in gas fireplace, side and power burners, a sink, and a full-size refrigerator—perfect for an al fresco meal on the screened porch.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire ground-floor home. This includes:

* All three bedrooms and both bathrooms.

* The fully equipped kitchen and living areas.

* The private, screened-in pool and spacious deck.

* The complete outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.

* The wooden boat dock. Please note, a maximum of one boat is permitted at the dock.



Other Things to Note:

* Rental Agreement: Please note that we require all guests to sign our Rental Agreement and fill out a Check-In Form prior to arrival.

* Amenity Exclusions: For safety and maintenance reasons, the boat lift, kayaks, and hot tub are NOT available for guest use.

* Optional Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per night. Please inquire if you would like to add this to your stay.

* Security: For your safety and security, the home is fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. Ring cameras are located at the front door and the dock for exterior monitoring. A noise detector is installed inside to help monitor decibel levels and ensure they do not disturb our neighbors.

* Long-Term Stays: The longer you stay, the higher the discount. Please inquire for our seasonal rates!
