The home features a large driveway for easy parking and convenience. Through the private gate, you'll discover a cozy outdoor patio with seating for two—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening beverage under the Florida sunshine.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main living area features two comfortable couches, an adjoining chair, and a Smart TV—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The Florida room is a true highlight of the home, offering plenty of seating with a large sectional, a foosball table for fun gatherings, and gorgeous views of the lake and golf course through the screened door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances and three barstools for casual dining. Adjacent is the dining area, which includes a lovely table that seats up to four comfortably, creating a perfect space for family meals or entertaining guests.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and sliding glass doors leading directly to the Florida room.
