1. General Liability Waiver
Guests occupy the property at their own risk. The homeowner, host, and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses occurring on the premises.

2. Supervision of Children
The property includes a screened pool and a natural pond behind the enclosure. Children must be supervised at all times. No child may be left unattended.

3. Pool & Water Safety
Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk. No diving or rough play. No glass in the pool area. Gates must remain closed.

4. Pond & Wildlife Safety
The pond may attract wildlife, including alligators. Stay away from the pond edge. Do not swim, enter, or allow children to play near the pond. Do not feed wildlife.

5. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

6. Damages & Rules Compliance
Guests must follow house rules, report damages, and accept responsibility for any damage caused by themselves, children, or visitors.

7. Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host and property owner from claims arising from their stay.

8. Acceptance
Booking, checking in, or entering the property constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
