'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....

'The best stocked VRBO we have rented, they had thought of everything and had plenty of it! The owner was fast to respond and super courteous, even when we asked to add a last minute pet. We ended up not bringing our dog but owner had told us she was welcome..they love pets!Super clean and comfy, we recommend them highly!'

'Place was super cute and very classy. Check in check out easy. Locking door at bottom was a little challenging at first but figures it out quickly. Other then that all was great. Loved the record player and selection of music. '

'Location was great, right on the town square. Didn’t take any pictures of the place. We were only in town for one night. Very clean. Memory foam beds. An odd smell upon entering the room, likely the type of room spray used to keep things fresh. After about a minute the nose acclimated and it was no issue. The listing identified a hot tub as an amenity. Not that we were planning to use one on our stay, but I mentioned it, the owner said the listing would be corrected. If you are looking for a...

'The property was just as advertised. It was very clean and bright. I had an issues that I needed help with and the property manager came immediately. The owner was quick to respond even though she was out of town. All in all a very nice experience. I would stay there again!'
