'The smell of urine was in the room upon arrival. We dropped our stuff and headed out to a concert right away, we were running late. We contacted Expedia when we got back to our room, they said contact the property. Expedia also tried to contact the Motel several times, and no one answered the phone after several attempts. I never got a refund for my second night's stay. After arriving home and contacting the motel they stated I did not drop off my key and check out until after 11am. THAT IS A...

'I came up to visit the water park on the 3rd. We got stuck in the storm. Waterpark shut down , and the electricity at the motel and surrounding areas were all out of service'

The free breakfast less then what you usually get so we did not really eat there. I know that a lot of places offer the free breakfast and it is free.
