We were able to bring our own ski boat along and Sandra was so accommodating in getting the open berth ready for us to dock and parking our trailer. It was so much fun to explore the Delta waterways and Sandra's recommendations for places to visit were perfect. The houseboat had all the amenities we could need! 'Arrived 10PM and left early AM although booked 3days. Dirty, smelly not maintained. broken walls, bed etc. Do not book'

'The attached little apartment was a perfect stay for my husband. The in unit washing machine and dryer is super convenient if you’re staying for a while. He stayed almost a month. The apartment was clean and in a safe area, he also enjoyed visits from the wild turkeys. The host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating for us. He would definitely stay here again! '

'Great gate away place , two king bedrooms and two bedroom with bunkbed. We are three families , so we stayed in the bedroom with bunk bed. Mattress is bit on soft side. Overall great experience.'

'Great space, was wonderful for our family instead of having to all be in a single hotel room.'
