'Horrible attitude rude manager'

'First, the door to our room would not lock from the outside. We had to wait while the door was being fixed, for a total of 20 minutes just to be told it would be 30 more minutes. As were going back and forth to the front desk to get new keys, the repair man left the room unattended with our belongings inside. We got a replacement room and had to move everything after settling in, by then we were late to our concert. Secondly, when we returned from the concert it was around 12:30am, we had heard...

'Break fast and staffs where outstanding.'

'Great Hotel that is properly maintained. Helpful staff with request and questions that you have. If breakfast is important for booking, then you will not be disappointed. Standard waffle makers but with toppings on the side counter whether you want sprinkles, whip cream or my favorite oreo bits! Omelets, sausage, potato you will not leave hungry in the morning. Only complain is the entrance to the hotel can be tricky if you miss the entrance since it’s only a one way street. Other than that...

'We had a 4-night stay and everything was great! Our room was clean and fresh-smelling and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the carpeted floor instead of the more common bare floors these days. I also appreciated being able to specify only limited housekeeping (towels and trash) until check-out, so i wasn't concerned about leaving all our stuff strewn about or being in the room when a housekeeper came to clean it. Check out time was at NOON, so we had plenty of time to sleep...

'Spacious well lit rooms!'

'I really had a fun night! Game 2 Wirld Series'

'The checking experience was smooth and we were happy with the room. However the service is really bad in regards to cleaning the room. Apparently rooms are not cleaned if guests leave the room after 12 pm. I haven’t read anything about it before, also I wasn’t warned about this rule. I was ok with one day not having the room cleaned and called the front desk to make sure they clean the room the next day. The next day just to be sure, I went down to the front desk and I requested to replenish...

'Had a good stay, well maintained property'

'Mooi net hotel met super vriendelijke staf en lekker eten. '

'Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast, very good coffee. Elevator was a bit rocky and underground parking was tight but well lit.'
