'De kamer kan zeker eens een opknapbeurt gebruiken. De lift was zeer vuil. Je had schrik om aan de knoppen te komen. Er was heel de nacht een alarm buiten te horen.'

'Bugs in the room, behind the bed was filthy, and the AC/Heater was broken and the cover fell off'

'Waited nearly 30 minutes for the front desk to arrive but then no key, never received a key. All night neighbors talking and smoking weed with the fumes bellowing into my room by the cracks in the door. Shower wall was repaired with plastic cover no shower curtain and lacking hot water. Avoid unless on an extreme budget'

'Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. 'Cleanliness and quiet.'

I would recommend a good coffee machine with the option of a cappuccino. There are great Franke machines that do a magnificent job. However the first days we had proper porcelain plates and cups, steel cutlery, and normal glasses. The last 3 days that was converted to disposable paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery. This is not...

'Free parking. Fair free breakfast. I was on the first floor and I asked to move to a higher level and the room I moved to was much better.'

'Everything is excellent'

'Uitstekend hotel buiten de drukte van San Francisco. Wij hebben er drie dagen met de kinderen doorgebracht en met de metro San Francisco bezocht. Met de aanwijzingen van het personeel prima te doen! De buurt is verder heel saai, maar dat was niet erg.'

'There was black mould in the bathroom in several rooms.'

'The room was clean, staff was helpful, the only problem was the gym was closed during my stay so that was inconvenient'
