'There was black mould in the bathroom in several rooms.'

'Bugs in the room, behind the bed was filthy, and the AC/Heater was broken and the cover fell off'

'Good'

'I enjoy booking here never a problem'

'Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids...

'I liked the hotel, the pools, the coffee. Improvement areas: The hotel is next to a Bush road, we heard the traffic. I could appreciate if more healthy breakfast options were available.'

'Everything was great, the staff were super welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and had plenty of space'

This is not...

'Clean room'

'Honestly, the most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. From the service to the amenities everything was five star diamond star all the way.'

'Good location to enjoy Napa valley at a reasonable price. A few minutes away from WalMart for needs.'

'Didn't change linens or make the bed the three days I stayed. I'm'
