The staff was extremely friendly, everything else was terrible. There was limited parking, the room smelled horrible when we arrived, the television was not working, the battery was going out in the smoke detector, so we were woken up to the chirping of the smoke detector.

The property is older but has been updated. There are imperfections in the paint, flooring, etc; but overall we were only in the room to bathe and sleep and it served it’s purpose well for the price we paid. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We would be willing to stay here again.

Nice decent motel in a location close to everything on the main strip. Room was clean & the water pressure was great.. nice sized mini fridge/freezer also. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful in making sure we had everything we needed & put us in a room near the front on the bottom floor.. very convenient & we loved that! They have a breakfast that consists of scrambled eggs (also cheesy eggs), gravy & biscuits, potato's, waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, ofcourse the usual coffee & juices. The only thing that would make the motel better is if the rooms had microwaves.. otherwise everything was wonderful!

Pretty good place, good value
Overall, a good value for the price. Location was perfect and we walked to most places. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. The actual room was a little run down, but comfortable. The bright outside lighting bothered me some during the night.

Minor issues we dealt with.
We stayed in room 203: a multi bed room. One room had barely any outlets and the ac struggled. In the other, some outlets were broken. We made due. We replaced a lightbulb that was out, and had to deal with leaking daily. We are not sure if it was from the ac or rain, but had to use towels to keep the puddles contained. Breakfast was amazing every day. The indoor pool was in the other building and could use a bathroom nearby. Having to take our potty training child up the hill across the parking lot every 10 min was monotonous. The beds were decently comfortable. The shower was nice. The remotes somehow got switched for the tvs but we finally figured that out. We loved our stay in Branson and would likely stay here again. We have knowledge for our next stay.

We requested adjoining rooms and even called to double check. They said they would "do everything possible but couldn't guarantee." When we got here they had our two rooms on opposite sides of the building. Luckily when I pointed it out they corrected it. At breakfast another guest got upset when my friend was making waffles for both of her children on one waffle maker. My friend explained she had two children and even offered to let her cut in line in front of her. Once my friend walked away the staff member looked at the lady and said my friend was being rude. Very unprofessional! I spoke up and pointed out how the lady was trying to cut in line and only made the second waffle when the lady said it was okay. The staff member then left the room rather than apologizing to my friend.

Look around and find a better place.
To start off, the hotel is a bit run down. Then there was people living under our room. Not just staying, but living there with all their junk in front. There was a hunk of junk truck that the staff used. Had a huge light bar on top that they had turned on when driving around the parking lot. Not a big deal till you drive around back to park and have this monstrosity with the light of the sun aimed in your face. I hope they don't take it on the road. The front two tires are beyond bald. Then, you get to the "suite." There was trash left from previous occupants under the beds. One of the bedrooms didn't have an a/c in it, but they had and OLD portable fan setup aimed at the bed. If you are hungry, there is always the left over food in the fridge when you get there. The only saving point of the whole place is the location. You can walk to a lot of good things to do.

It is indeed inconvenient to park a vehicle with a blazing light bar in the parking lot. Maintenance issues, such as bald tires and trash left by previous occupants, are undesirable. I apologize for the difficulty caused by one of the bedrooms lacking adequate air conditioning and the presence of leftover food in the refrigerator. It's encouraging to learn that the location made it easy to visit surrounding sites. Your comments will be shared with the appropriate teams in order to fix these issues and enhance the overall guest experience.

Very dirty. Surface all chipped off bath, comforters stained, rags and shower curtains yellowed. People banging on our door at night.

I Didnt like the fact that every time i wanted to go to the swimming pool it said CLOSED FOR TREATMENT... we wont stay at your place again.....

Thank you for your review and i do apologize you were not happy about the pool being treated. The safety of the water in the pool is very important to us and should be for you as well. treatment usually lasts about 30 min as the pool water is tested regularly for all guests safety.

Hotel was average. Staff was nice, There was a big grasshopper in between my clothes when I was grabbing them to put on. Spider on the wall and the tub was chipped. Every night around 12am to 2am there were people outside my hotel room making too much noise like spanning their car doors, talking loud enough for us to hear what they were saying and smoking. Affordable hotel but you get what you pay for

Should be called the Poor Quality Inn. Our room had stained carpet, trim falling off of the wall, and a piece of the wall missing. It needs major renovation. It looked nothing as pictured. Very disappointed
