This is a lower level unit and the people above us were loud, though that is no fault of the host, just something to be mindful of. We had 8 people (4 kids, 4 adults) and had plenty of space. The house is located in a 24/7 gated neighborhood. The commute was very easy anywhere in Branson we needed to go.
