The room also features an extensible three-seater sofa, providing ample seating place, and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Additionally, the living room boasts an international library, offering a diverse collection of books to cater to your literary interests.

Bedroom: The serene bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a wardrobe with two sliding doors, offering plenty of storage space for your belongings. The room is designed to provide a peaceful and restful environment, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a home chef’s delight. It includes a fridge with a freezer, an electric oven, a gas stove, a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, a Braun toaster, and a table that seats four. • To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the property.
• No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For bookings exceeding 10 days, an additional cleaning service will be provided. The timing of this cleaning will be arranged with the guest once payment for the service is received.
This additional cleaning includes: fresh linen; refill of toiletries; kitchen cleaning; wiping of all surfaces. We aim to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
