Relax in our designer 3-bedroom loft with amazing panoramic views of the Old Town and ironic Brașov sign. Just a 10-minute walk from the main city square, this amazing place îs withing walking distante from all tourist hoț spots. Savor your morning coffee overlooking the iconic Black Church, enjoy the wood Burning fireplace or the outdoor barbecue grill. Visat uș and you will never want to leave!

Situated in the historic central neighborhood of Schei, our apartment offers easy access to nearby attractions on foot, while providing a peaceful atmosphere.

The apartment comes fully furnished, including amenities like a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, and more.

Additionally, we offer baby essentials such as a high chair and baby cot.

Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, making it unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility. However, pushchairs and bicycles can be stored on the ground floor, and ski equipment can be stored upon request during the ski season.

We have one designated parking spot in the private courtyard, though occasionally other spots may be available.



We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
No pets or parties are allowed.
For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
Please note that we won’t be able to provide an invoice for your stay.
According to HG 237/2001, republished in 2008, in accordance with article 2, paragraph (5), it is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete our online check-in form provided in the check-in instructions.
