'As per previous reviews, it could do with a refurb but for the cost, we feel it was good value for money. Great location, lovely views from our room and close to local shops and restaurants. One suggestion I would make is concerning the lack of available power sockets in the room. These could be changed out to combined usb and socket to allow the charging of phones and using the kettle/ hairdryer etc. quick fix. Parking was a bit confusing, it states that hotel has a limited car park...

'Lovely property and friendly hosts. Listing on Hotels.com doesn't state number of dogs allowed, which is actually only one, but host was very understanding and accommodated us and our pets. Well located for exploring the North Devon coastal region, Bideford is lovely and we also had a great day at Westward Ho! Hot tub at the house was most welcome in the evening after a long day exploring the coastal path.'

'The setting of this BnB is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was perfect nothing fancy just exactly what you need, we specifically enjoyed the homemade rhubarb compote! The room was part of a converted barn and really cosy. The host was lovely. '

'At first as we arrived around 4:15pm our room wasn’t ready but the reception sort it out. I tried to call the owner before that but the owner no response till we left. The flat is ok but its a building flat so we have neighbours upstairs and downstairs also at the side. Its like compound of flat not sure how they called. 'I searched for a property with parking, but it's only street parking. The road to the property is very dangerous to get in/out of, and parking difficult (I not a nasty note from a neighbour because I parked in front of their garden path. Wouldn't stay here again because of road and parking - but if you're not driving, it's a lovely property. Public path right along property - hope you're not bashful when in the shower!'
