'Only one elevator working! One ice machine, located on 3rd floor, all the way at very end of the corridor!! Breakfast, at best, passable and discontinued Exactly at 9am, no minute or 2 leeway!! All staff associates, especially room cleaning associates, excellent!! Wouldn’t choose again to stay that Comfort Inn!!'

The hotel had no wheelchair to take him out on and the female employee had no care and just went and sat down. I have to move him from the second floor on the luggage cart :( I will Never stay at this place again!!!!!'

'Everything was great from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the property. HOWEVER, I would like to state when I booked the room the pictures showed a couch in the Double Bed with a balcony, and it did not. The room was very small, the A/C “worked” but never turned on throughout the night. It was stayed at 75 degrees on a very hot day.
