'Great location and a beautiful hotel. Walls on the 4th floor are thin. Could hear people talking walking down the hallways. Can hear the toilet flush next door to the room. Was given a voucher for the bar or coffee counter to cover the resort fee. We don't drink so we chose to get a Frappuccino. They said they didn't have the ability to make them even tho they are on the menu. They also will only honor it for hot coffee. So we ended up giving the vouchers to the first person we saw. 'It’s a beautiful hotel staff is polite properties very clean maintain. Only problem I had was that there was not garage parking at the hotel. You have the option of paying $70 for valet parking or finding a parking garage nearby and paying that. Only other complaint I have was the Wi-Fi was down during my stay. It worked have been nice to get a discount due to that inconvenience.'

'The staff was very kind and helpful the entire stay & the hotel itself is very clean and new (minimal carpeted floors which I always look for). The only thing I could see being an issue for some travelers is it is in the heart of the Gaslamp district, so it can get a little loud during the weekends until last call. It was perfect for my little sister and I but is definitely something to consider when booking a place in Downtown SD :) That being said the location was fantastic! Close to so many...
