Breck bound family ski trip
Excellent house and location in Breckenridge. Main Street within walking distance and short drive to the ski lifts. House was as described. We really enjoyed the living room and kitchen/dining areas for our family. Super comfortable house. Will stay here again on our next trip to Breck.

Family Vacation 2023
Beautiful home maintained with what seems to be all original decor. Warm and inviting. Living room is the perfect size for a large family to spend time together. Perfect location. Blocks away from downtown Breck. Reached out with questions and received a prompt response. Would recommmend and would consider staying again if visiting in the future.

Outstanding location, but...
Second time staying here. We had a heat issue with the downstairs bedroom (can't control temp - room over 80 degrees). We suffered through last year and the management company sent a plumber. We tried again this year, but same issue. The maintenance tech that was sent this year tried to brush it off until we told him we were here last year - and the response was "Ya - might be the mixing value, but we'd need a plumber for that". Perfect location but this is effectively a three-bedroom home - bottom bedroom is effectively unusable. We won't be back.

Thank you for staying with us. Thankfully, the bedroom issue was an easy fix and resolved. Unfortunately, the guest was unwilling to crack the window to cool down while the issue was be investigated and was handled as quickly as we could get a plumber in the property.

Home on the mountain
The house matches the listing and pictures. The house was plenty big enough for seven adults and our two year old. It was a little cold for us to walk to Main Street this trip, but it would be close enough normally. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home & location!
Beautiful home and perfect location for accessing town and the mountain. Only request for the owner would be to have a kitchen garbage can available. All the cans were sized for a bathroom. With 10 people able to stay at the home, we want to make sure we can help keep it clean :)

Look no firther
This house was fully equipped, clean, comfortable mattresses, and a short walk to town. We did walk to the gondola and home one day but it is a little tiring on the way home. Overall, this house was amazing!!

Holiday ski weekend
Our family stayed over President’s weekend and enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for everyone, and walking distance to Main Street. Hot tub worked great. Homey decor was comfortable and cozy, but not modern if you’re looking for a newer home.

The perfect ski house for 2 families
This house was beautiful, roomy (yet cozy) and well laid out for 2 families, each with 2 teen aged kids. Some favorite things - heated floors, the hot tub 6 steps away from the glass door on the deck (I swear, if they are any further they aren’t nearly as usable in the winter), wonderful comfy seating in the living area to watch a movie or play a game. The house had plenty of staples in the kitchen (spices, foil/cling wrap, cleaning supplies, coffee filters) and the kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable. We cooked a lot! We skiid even more! It was a great house. The garage space is a little tight but we managed to fit a Jeep Sahara and a Chevy Malibu without trouble. The Malibu, at 194.2” pretty much maxed out the space, so don’t expect an oversized SUV to fit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious, stocked home near the town and mountain
We had a great stay at this house for our ski vacation. Ryan was exceptionally responsive to all questions, which was very helpful. The location was very convenient to the town & a 7 mins drive to the mountain. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Great stay for our family with 3 generations.

Lovely and comfortable home! Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Extremely clean and great location to walk to Main St for restaurants and shopping. There is a beautiful fox that we saw almost everyday relaxing in the lot next door. Our grandkids were so excited to watch him every morning!!

Dream Vacation Home
This home is just gorgeous and makes the vacation seem luxurious. I felt very privileged to stay there. It's very spacious, especially the living room, which just soars with the high ceiling and awesome mountain views. The furniture is very comfy, and the gas fireplace burns like a woodburning fireplace. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There are four levels, so there are lots of stairs to climb, and almost everyone will need to use all four levels, so keep that in mind. The hot tub on the deck is wonderful. Pretty private, with mountain views. Quiet. The house is very quiet since it's literally at the end of Lincoln. It's on the north end of town, so it's close to the gondola and the big grocery store, City Market, which you can walk to on a nice day. Main Street is just a few blocks away, so you can walk downtown. You can get on the Blue Line shuttle at Lincoln and French St., and you can get off at the Village just 5-10 min later, where there are lots of shops and restaurants and ski rental places and Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift. (Note: from French St., Lincoln is uphill all the way to the house, which is not fun in ski boots at the end of the day! But the destination is worth the effort!) We had only a couple of minor complaints (e.g., the pillows), but overall, this property is grand and beautiful, and we would not hesitate to stay there again, nor would we hesitate to recommend it! It's the kind of place that makes you say wistfully, "Goodbye, house" when you leave.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend this property. Clean and great for larger groups. Plenty of parking (garage & driveway). Less than a 5 minute walk to Main Street, within walking distance to the majority of local shops/restaurants, and within 0.5 miles (2 minute drive) of the South Gondola parking lot, which provides direct ski access to Peak 7 and Peak 8 ski lifts. Ryen was super responsive and made the process easy. 5/5.

Ideal ski house
Overall the house was great for our ski trip. It has plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a group of friends or extended family. The location was perfect for walking down towards Main St for food and going out at night. The Breck gondolas are not far but we drove to make it easy - if you have 4 people you can get discounted parking. Be aware you are sleeping at 9600 ft so take care in acclimating properly. Pros: the kitchen is fairly well stocked, there's a cabinet of games, the hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing, there's humidifiers for every room. Cons: the garage is short in length and we could not fit our full size SUVs (but there is parking right outside), the heat is radiant from the floor and can be tricky to get rooms the right temperature.

The house was amazing and the views were breath taking. very well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. enough space to spread out. The only down side was that it doesn't explain on how many levels and how many stairs. the first day was ruff on the breathing to the top floor with luggage but well worth it when you get up there to see the views And, Its a little farther from downtown that it looks like on the map but not a hard walk to all the restraunts and bars There was a fox that slept on the neighbors house and everyone woke to see if he was there every morning We loved it and would defiantly do it again

Thanksgiving 2019
We were very pleased with the property. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, there were games and puzzles for adults and children, the bedrooms were very comfortable. We especially appreciated having the humidifiers. The hot tub had an issue but was serviced the day we called. The view was beautiful. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Our entire family gives it a big thumbs up.

Great house, great location
Just spent a week at the Lincoln Place house and really enjoyed it. The location was fantastic, the house was comfortable and well stocked and as a bonus the ski conditions were absolutely perfect. The views from house were magnificent - particularly from the master bedroom and living rooms. Ryan was great in helping us with pre-visit questions and was available to us if we needed anything while we were there. We skied five days at Breck. The first day we walked to the gondola but beware that the walk back, while short, was a bit of a challenge for us flat-landers after skiing all day. After the first day, we drove to the gondola parking lot and paid the $7 daily parking fee (with 4 our more people in the car - it's $12 otherwise). We also did a day trip to Keystone which was within easy reach by car. Overall great spot and we all fell in love with Breckenridge.

House was a great size for our group of 6. Only 4 blocks to Main street, awesome location! Clean. Do note that there was no laundry detergent/oil/butter or other staples like that which was a bit disappointing. But there were plenty of plates/pots/silverware/glassware.

Great home walking distance to town
Overall this property is perfect for our ski trip! Perfect location to ski and Main St. It offered great amenities (heated floors, tons of extra blankets, sleds, etc) and beautiful views of the mountain. The property manager Ryan is very responsive and was great. My only complaint is we had several small children with us (new walkers) and while we were able to rent baby gates from them, there are several sets of steps so this house is probably best for families with no stair concerns. Lots of lifting kids over gates to go back and forth from kitchen to living room. We look forward to staying there again (when kids are a little older)! Great experience!

This is an amazing house in the most perfect location!! The walkability to everything was key. We had a big family group and it allowed everyone the flexibility to do anything they want without needing transportation. The proximity to the slopes was perfect!! We had a wonderful stay, the weather was beautiful and the locals are very friendly. The location is walking distance to everything even in snow which was so much fun. We also shopped and had the best food on Main Steet. We visited a few small pubs which were all great but their were so many more we didn’t get a chance to visit. We had 3 ski school dropouts and 2 we couldn’t get off the mountains. Lots of playing in the snow. There is something for everyone. Ryan was very helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great property in a great location
We enjoyed our stay here, it was a beautiful house in a perfect location. The owner was very responsive to our few issues. Plenty of space and amenities and walking distance to the sledding hill and Main St. shops and restaurants. Note to families with small children- the house does not have a crib or high chair available, those must be rented for an additional charge from the owner.

Gorgeous home in a perfect location!
This house is just about perfect! From the well equipped kitchen to the cabinet stocked with games and puzzles, we had everything we needed for a lovely week. The skiers in our group could walk to the slopes, while the rest of us enjoyed walking downtown to the shops. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Cozy and convenient!!
Our extended family of 8 stayed here for Spring Break and loved it. This house is conveniently located in downtown Breck, making it close to everything - skiing and shopping! The house was nestled at the top of Lincoln with breathtaking views of the slopes from the wrap around deck. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cooking pots/pans you cold think of...even a crock pot and sandwich press. The dinning room table comfortably sat 8 and if you had more there were a few more seats at the breakfast bar. The kids loved the sleds in the garage and were used at nearby Carter Park (a free sledding hill just blocks away from the house). Another plus was the heated floors, perfect for those 20/30 degree mornings and evenings. And the fireplace was lovely, it was gas so it was a no hassle easy-to-use amenity. Washer and dryer were nice as well for laundering the ski clothes after a long day of skiing. The City Market grocery store isn't far either, which was nice...we would head there after a day on the slopes to grab dinner items and anything we needed for breakfast the next morning. Recommendations: Do the historical walking tour of Breck, located at the Welcome Center in town, it was awesome to learn the history of this wonderful town. Cuppa Joe made a fabulous cafe mocha and hot chocolate. Extreme Pizza had some pretty good pizza and Moe's Original BBQ had an excellent turkey sandwich and banana pudding (little on the spicier side for the sauce)! White Mountain Snowmobile tours was a blast and only about a 45 minute drive from the house. If you go, stay for lunch in Leadville at Tennessee Pass Cafe, YUMMM! And yes, it is worth the wait if you decide to get a crepe at Crepes A La Carte - we had the German Apple Strudel, Funky French Monkey and the Caramel Nut Brownie crepes...heavenly!!
