Dit zou de beste locatie in Breck kunnen zijn. Wij zijn gevestigd midden in de stad. Het centrum van Mainstreet ligt op een paar minuten lopen. De Snowflake-lift, Peak 8-gondel, Peak 9-toegang, Breck Free Ride Shuttle en Blue River Plaza liggen allemaal op slechts 1-2 blokken afstand. Parkeer uw voertuig op een van onze gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen en maak u geen zorgen om terug te gaan tot het tijd is om naar huis te gaan.

Kom ontspannen en geniet van de bergen in onze pas gerenoveerd 2Br / 2 Bth 1144 m² appartement. De slaapkamer slaapt 5 met een queensize bed en een volledige stapelbed en heeft een eigen badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer voor 4 personen met 2 queensize bedden en een eigen bad en een stoomdouche. Volledige wasset bevindt zich ook in dit bad. Het eetgedeelte zit 7 aan de tafel en 2 aan het aanrecht. Het terras zit 4 met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en bevat een gloednieuwe aardgas Weber grill. De ruime woonkamer heeft een 55 "flatscreen met satelliet-tv, wifi, 2 comfortabele banken en een gashaard.
De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om een volledige maaltijd voor het hele gezin te bereiden. Na een grote dag skiën of wandelen kunt u genieten in de hot tubs op het terrein of een korte wandeling maken naar de Upper Village Common area en spelen in het verwarmde buitenzwembad en hot tubs (off-site) op Village Rd. Er is ook een skikluis voor buiten, net buiten de voordeur.

Just what we needed

Just as advertised. We chose for location and that worked out well. Shuttle stops are a short walk (5 mins or less) from the complex, and that gets you to gondola or Peak 9 base quickly. One morning when we missed the shuttle, we simply walked to the gondola (no prob in snowboard boots; wouldn't recommend in ski boots) Main St is an easy walking distance too, depending on temps and snow.

Excellent Location for Skiing and Shopping

We skied and shopped Main Street while staying at this property and both were very easily accessible. If you’re skiing take the Snowflake Lift in the morning and then take the 4 O’Clock run at the end of the day. You’ll miss all the traffic and lines!Ski storage was a nice feature right outside the front door.Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus and the tap water was fantastic!

Perfect Ski Condo

Phil’s condo is a perfect and comfortable spot for your ski vacation! The location couldn’t be better: cross the street for the quick shuttle to the base or cross the other way and you’re right downtown. The space is cozy for recovering after a long ski day and the the beds are very comfortable. Everything was super easy and Phil was great at communicating with us. Will definitely go back!

Jan 10th, 2024 ski trip

Condo was in great shape and location was ideal. We were able to walk a short distance to the bus stop that quickly takes you to the snowflake lift, and then used Four O'Clock run at the end of the day to get back. Communication with Phil was excellent. Only upgrade would be the two mattresses for the bunk bed. These really need to be replaced. The other 3 beds (all queens) are comfortable mattresses. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful Christmas at This Property!!

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably in this property. We had 5 adults and 3 teens and there was plenty of space for all of us. Phil was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. The condo was the absolute best location, near the free ski shuttle and close to the snowflake run. You could easily ski down the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day and walk over to the condo! For those not skiing, it is the perfect location to visit main street without needing to drive!! It is just a few minutes to access the wonderful shops and restaurants. We visited the week before Christmas and left on Christmas day and the crowds were perfect!!! I would expect it would be much worse had we done the following week. All in all, we love the property and will book it again!

This property served us well during our stay. The location was perfect. You could easily walk to Main Street and basically ski down to the condo using the Lower 4 O’Clock run.
