Amazing home for our large group
Jane’s Timber Lodge was an incredible place to call home for the week for our group of 16. The ski in/ski out was perfection and truly made our ski trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. With 10 adults and 6 young kids, there was plenty of rooms, beds, space to play. The amenities were over the top even with a warm meal awaiting our arrival the first day. We are already looking into dates to come back!

Family reunion ski trip
Gorgeous home. Perfect location for ski in, ski out. Large home to accommodate multiple families with ability to spread out. Owner available for any issues. Big kitchen with all essentials, including two dishwashers. Lots of seating space. Lots of nice bathrooms & soft towels. Pillows could be better tho. We had one of the best vacations ever.

Great stay, excellent host, right next to the mountain
Highly recommended. Jane is an excellent host, the house is as-advertised and the location near the mountain cannot be beat. This house is especially well suited for large groups as there are a variety of bedroom configurations and ample common spaces to be together, a little bit together, or some quiet time alone. We had three families all with small kids, and the ease of getting to Peak 8 lifts and ski school was a major value of this house.

Amazing spaces to enjoy family
We had a family reunion with kids and grandkids for five wonderful days. The house is located in a beautiful location and so close to the activities on the mountain!

Exactly what we needed
This house was perfect for our family vacation. All seventeen of us fit nicely in this house. Lots of sleeping options and bathrooms. Jane was so attentive and quick to respond to anything! Loved the location. I would highly recommend. Just as an FYI, the only thing I would mention is that there isn’t much of a view (but the trees around the house do help with privacy!) and no air conditioning (not that many in this area have that…). It cooled off in the evenings enough, but was a bit warm our first night.

Breckinridge week
This home was perfect for our family of 13. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together yet enough for everyone to have their own space. We would certainly use this home as a base for another week long stay in Breckenridge.

Spring Break family ski
Our family of 17 with 10 adults and 7 kids stayed here over spring break. It was perfect. Clean, roomy, enough bed rooms and baths to accommodate us easily. Well stocked kitchen. 2 large dining room tables were great for all of us and there was also a kitchen bar and table. Truly ski in and ski out. Plenty of lounging space for us all.We made a mistake in departure date and Jane went above and beyond to help. . PERFECT

PERFECTION!
We have stayed at several large ski homes all over the US and this was by far the best! Perfect layout for a large group, super easy to ski-in/out, clean and well stocked. Working with Jane was great and everyone in the group said they want to go back to Breckenridge just so they can stay in the house again.

Timbers Lodge is amazing
Ski vacation was amazing here. Lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, place for ski stuff, ski in and out, but the icing on the cake is a property manager that cares and is prompt to tend to anything. It was a great experience for our group from start to finish.

Lovely home and plenty of room!
This home has so much going for it, ski in/ski out, proximity to town and other things to do and a lovely view from the master bedroom! It was quite comfy and charming and I would definitely stay again! If you aren't from Colorado, get to Denver a few days early and acclimate if possible. The altitude did leave a few of the family challenged.

Magical week in a winter wonderland setting!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our December family trip! Beautiful ski in ski out was just perfect for all! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the accommodations, town and activities! Jane thought of everything! The entire family agrees this will become at tradition!! Exceptional weekend stay
The house was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for 5 different adult couples including two families of 7 kids. We loved how everything was spread out and had a large office space if one wanted to get away to work or just read a book. The hospitality was very special as homemade potato soup, croissants and pastries awaited us on our arrival and she was there early morning to shovel the snow. Incredible memories with my family and parents who are in their 80’s.

Awesome experience
Everyone in our group raved about the house and how perfectly it met our needs. Two dishwashers for our large group of 9 couples was such a great amenity. Highly recommend this home as a getaway.

Five Stars for Four O’Clock Lodge
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jane’s place! The accommodations were terrific. It was great to have so many bathrooms, bedrooms, lounging areas, and incredible kitchen amenities. The location made our experience perfect as we could easily walk to the gondola and get back and forth from town with ease. I highly recommend the Four O’Clock Lodge if you are looking for a top notch place to stay in Breckinridge.

Family gathering
This is a great property for large families. We had ten adults and ten children ranging from 13-2 and had more than enough room to spread out and never even used the space above the garage. The location is walking distance from Epic Discovery and the gondolas and there was ample parking for our five vehicles. The house is equipped with everything you'll need and more. We saw a bear and a fox from the house so it is truly a place to enjoy the great outdoors.

We have been to Breckinridge twice, Winter Park, Steamboat Springs, Tahoe, and Hawaii for family reunion and this was the best stocked one so far. Most of what anyone would use was there. Clean and comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Nice stay.

Perfect Family Reunion
We planned a family reunion with adult children and their spouses. This house was perfect as it had many bedrooms with private bathrooms/connecting bathrooms. Lots of gathering space and private space. Initially, the kitchen appeared small, but the storage was expertly laid out with an open cabinet design. Double ovens and cooktops helped tremendously. The detached garage apartment is close to the house (only a few steps) and ideal for sleeping/privacy.

Great Property and Experience!!
Wonderful property in an great location. We had 18 people on a ski trip and never once felt crowded. The ski in ski out was the real deal. This home was perfect. Comfortable space, well equipped. Best Vacation Rental Ever
This is by far the cleanest and best equipped Vacation home We have ever seen. The property is spectacular and the host is amazing. We arrived hungry and found a simmering huge crockpot full of delicious Thai Chicken Curry Soup waiting for us. Jane is the BEST!

Fantastic house for family
We had such a wonderful time staying at The Timbers. The house had everything we needed (and more!) for a family of 16 with 7 small children! We had plenty of room to be together as a family and spread out, were able to ski right to ski school and the slopes, and had so much fun playing in the yard. Jane was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond during our stay. We would absolutely book this home again, but would definitely make sure we stayed with Jane on our next Breckenridge trip!

Top of the mountain
Gorgeous property at the top of the mountain. Great privacy and this home has everything you would want - be sure to check out the artwork too. We enjoyed the walk to town and back, great views and great exercise.

Great place for large groups!
We had a large family gathering over Christmas this year (20 people) and we felt like there was plenty of room and we were not on top of each other. Jane and her team were great to work with and very attentive to a few items we needed. We had several people who did not ski and they had a great time riding the free gondola down to town. On two separate occasions we saw several mouse on the gondola ride. It really made the trip!

We rented three housed this weekend, and this house stood out, because of the extras provided. First there was a delicious pot of chicken curry soup in a crock pot, a lovely sign to welcome us, music and a great big bowl of candy! I was a pleasure to stay here!

50th Wedding Anniversary
My wife and I rented this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our four children and their families. This house was an excellent choice. The house was very well stocked with towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, paper products etc. The kitchen was very well equipped Including four crockpots and three coffee makers. There was more than ample seating at three large dining tables. Close proximity to Peak 8 Basecamp and the gondola made entertaining the group easy. Jane went out of her way to tend to our every need and was quick to respond to our questions. All in all, we had a great time.

This house was fantastic! We had 14 people and had plenty of room for everyone. The pictures did not do it justice. It was spectacular. The views from the upstairs bedrooms were beautiful. We had a great time at the house and were pleased with how close it was to town and other activities.

We stayed at the house with two other families, each with three children. The house has a GREAT yard for kids to play in, the floorplan has good separation for large groups and Jane and her staff were very helpful will all our requests during our stay. Great ski-in/ski-out location. I highly recommend this house!

Living the Ski Dream... for seven great days!
Our family of 18 enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable and spacious home for one week in February 2019. Easy ski in/ski out at 4 o'clock run. The fully equipped kitchen brought out the chef in everyone! And the great room, with the great fireplace and stunning views was a favorite place for our family. Easy access to the hot tub, double washer/dryers and beautiful bedrooms and lots and lots of bathrooms. Very nice!

We have a large family this house had plenty of room. You can see the lift from the house.Tom and Jane were great driveway plowed every morning as we had 18" of snow during our stay. We would love to stay in this house again.

Loved the Timbers Lodge
July 27-August 3, 2018 The Timbers Lodge was fabulous!!! There were 20 of us for our family reunion and we all had our own space if needed or we could hang together. We gathered to eat meals together of which there was plenty of room for all of us to sit at a table. We had several areas in the house to play games or watch tv! Some of us rocked on the deck, we sometimes sat and talked on the patio while some were in hot tub and some sat on the deck in the sun. My husband and I had coffee a couple mornings on our balcony. We also had plenty of room for another family to come and eat dinners with us a few nights. Jane and Tom were wonderful. They answered our questions and saw that any needs were met soon after brought to their attention. The house is a great location to town and also in good proximity to the gondola. We loved the warm floors in the king bedroom on upper level!! All the linens were very nice and the house was well equipped in the kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed the house and Breckenridge so much! Thanks Jane for letting us stay in your wonderful house and answering all our questions so expediently and thanks to Tom for always being available to address our needs. The house helped to make a memorable family reunion!!

Great house for our large family reunion!
We stayed at The Timbers for family reunion - 22 people ranging from 3 to 80 - and it was just perfect! It's a beautiful house with big windows all around. All of the accommodations were comfortable & there were plenty of bathrooms. Two huge dining tables let everyone eat together all at once. And the big green lawn was awesome for bocce ball/ladder golf/other lawn games. Plus everyone loved the hot tub of course! Jane & Tom were great & very responsive to our inquiries. And the pot of DELICIOUS thai curry waiting when we arrived was a wonderful welcome; it let us get in & settled to the house without having to take the time to prepare a meal for hungry arriving travelers. The proximity to the Peak 8 fun park was awesome for a kids fun day. And everyone got a kick out of taking the gondola to/from main street in Breck. Everyone in our group loved the place & ranked it as one of our best reunion accommodations ever! Highly recommended!
