'The condo was immaculate with lots of room to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the back patio watching deer walk out of the woods. The pool was also fantastic.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Sunshine house! The waterfront property was in a great location near a boat ramp. Our grands enjoyed the pool in the evenings after a full day on the lake skiing. Lots of amenities was a plus. The home had everything we needed to prepare our meals and enjoy grilling on the patio. 'This property was right on the water with its own dock. The outdoor kitchen and living area was amazing. It had its own dock with a paddle board that the boys loved. You can fish right off the dock! It even had a hot tub! Very nice property and we can’t wait to stay here again!'

However a 79 dollar cleaning fee above the140 dollars a night was execessive, considering the amount of food left stuck in between Every Board of picnic style dining table,yuk, We were two adults who barely used the microwave, showered and slept. Otherwise clean, but kind of a " things that make you go.hmmm?" when younoticed the table sitting down to eat & remember the cleaningfee we were...

'Close to Rocker B for our baseball tournament. Very accommodating and amazing boat captain and first mate Rin! They took us on for a day on PK lake and we surfed, tubed and also learned wake boarding too! Great house, great host and awesome stay!!! Will return soon!'
