'We really enjoyed our stay. The location in reference to downtown was great. You are about 3 miles from downtown Highlands. The cottage was clean and well equipped for us. If you’re lucky, you may see wildlife like we did. A deer showed up one early evening and we were visited by 2 rabbits just about every day late afternoon. 'The place was well appointed and clean. The king size bed was fabulous! However, if you don’t like stairs, noise and no yard for your dog, don’t stay here. It’s by a hospital so lots of ambulances and helicopters. There is also someone in the neighborhood with a really loud motorcycle. Lots of road noise. There are earplugs and a sound machine but it was no match. The hot water takes a long time to come on so you end up washing with cold water. There are thirteen pretty steep stairs to get to...
