'Very quiet and clean house. Lots of storage through out the house. Very good kitchen appliances and lots of kitchen wares. BBQ is a little bit old and needs replacement. No blind and shade over two skylights which are on top of one bedroom. Only two bathrooms for 10 people seems not enough.'

'Charming and unique log cabin with wonderful view of mountains, lakes, the sound and Vancouver Island. Lack of adjacent houses make it seem like a totally private north woods experience (bear, deer, many Bald Eagles and one elk spotted from the deck), Would have liked a bathroom on the second floor for the two bedrooms that are not the master suite, as the only second floor bath is in the master suite and therefore unsuitable for others to use during sleeping hours. Hosts were pleasant and...

'OK, met our needs, 9 family, 5 adults, 4 grandchildren, all teenagers. refrigerator not clean, cobwebs in bedroom corners, lack of some towels in some bathrooms, sink restricted in master ensuite, only one toilet paper in each bathroom, only one roll of paper towels, no kettle to boil water. Overall, a nice location and nice house, pricey for not being super clean, did meet our needs and host was very accommodating with the key, the timing and the phone number if there was an issue. 'This was our first trip to Savary Island. We didn’t really know what to expect but Samantha, our host, communicated with us and gave us some really useful info. Place is very big and in a perfect location, 4 min away from an amazing beach. All other spots on the island are a bike ride away. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone. If you like beautiful, quiet, safe place and amazing beaches with unbelievably warm water (September 1st) Savary island resort is your place to go to.'

'Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Well kitted out with appliances, cultlery and everything you might need. Parking on site for one vehicle, so if you are comfortable parking 2nd vehicle on the street, then it works well. Also not amenable to electric vehicles as there was no exterior outlet for charging an all electric. We loved the wood stove, which was very cozy and warm.
