'I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. 'This is undoubtably the perfect villa for a couple looking for peace and quiet and rest!! The house is ideal - well equipped and furnished, cool A/C, pool, and beautiful vegetation. The hot tub is UP the hill from the house and is like being in a tree house hot tub in a jungle. The hosts are very attentive and solved a couple of minor issues very promptly. Just can't say enough good stuff about this place. This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent Kerenza, and we'll be back again!!'

'Great stay from start to the end! Great location and unbeatable view. Easy access to Brewers bay and Cane Garden bay. The House was very clean and well maintained which is tough in a tropical environment. The host Tom met us in Road Town and guided us to the house, which was much appreciated! We had no issues or concerns during our stay, I highly recommend Villa Matija!'

'I have been looking forward to this trip for a year and it did not disappoint! Having a place directly on the beach with gorgeous snorkeling steps away from the house was absolutely amazing! No need to wait for my teenagers to be motivated to get ready/get in the car/go somewhere else; when I wanted to be in the water, I could just step outside and swim. 'The view of the sea is amazing. Watching the sail boats going and coming from Anegada was fun. They were improving the gravel/dirt road during our stay much better but would still get 4wd vehicle.The villa is a little dated but still wonderful.'
