Dicht bij winkels, cafés, restaurants, brouwerij, waterglijbaan, speeltuin, skatepark en rivierwandelingen allemaal binnen een gemakkelijke wandeling van 5 minuten. Deze ruim gerenoveerde woning heeft al uw behoeften gedekt. Ontspan rond het ingegraven zwembad in de zomer of geniet van de grote overdekte woonkamer met een prachtig gasvuur in de winter. Huisdieren zijn ook welkom (op aanvraag) in een volledig omheinde tuin.

    Geen behoefte aan slechts één kok in deze keuken! Een grote keuken met veel zitruimte en het essentiële vakantie-apparaat, een vaatwasser. Met de open keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer is dit een geweldig huis voor het gezin om samen te komen. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 12 personen comfortabel en de keuken is goed uitgerust met elektrisch en gasfornuis, magnetron en grote koelkast / vriezer.

    LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
    Een grote "L" -vormige lounge met zitzakken is een geweldige plek om te verzamelen en te kletsen of te relaxen terwijl u naar de grote tv aan de muur kijkt. De tv is al verbonden met Netflix of je kunt op je apparaten afstemmen via wifi. De lounge beschikt ook over een prachtig gasvuur om uzelf op te warmen in de koude wintermaanden.

    VERWARMEN & KOELEN
    Verwarming: gasvuur in de woonkamer, paneelverwarmers in slaapkamers 1 en 2 en cassetteverwarming / -koeling in de buurt van de keuken.

    Koeling: Cassette verwarming / koeling in de buurt van de keuken en alle slaapkamers hebben plafondventilatoren.

Comfortable and well equipped

A practical house which was perfect for our family group, comfortable beds, effective heaters and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery etc. Good quality dishwasher was much appreciated. Easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

It is in the heart of bright, walking distance to the bright brewery and into town.Our 2 dogs loved the fully secure backyard.We even got to utilise the pool.All in all it was a great stay and we can't wait to go back.

This property is lovely. Super spacious home. Well maintained indoors and outdoors. Well equipped with kitchen and cleaning essentials. Excellent location walking distance from town. I really would have liked to give 5 stars. The mattresses on all beds are awful. If this is important to you it will matter. If not the choice is excellent. The other list star was for lighting. More than half the light globes were out. I let this go bc I did not want maintenance coming whilst caring for my ill child. I still highly recommend but cannot give five stars with 2 major comforts disturbed.

Good not great

We stayed for 3 nights with our families and the house set up was great. Open kitchen/dining and lounge area was perfect for our family. The heating was excellent and didn’t feel the cold at all. We were able to bring our small dogs and they loved the backyard space. The house was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed, it was just the small details that let it down a bit. The mattresses are not comfortable, the communal toilet didn’t have a lock which was not ideal for the amount of people in the house and the lock on the outside gate was broken which not safe as the dogs could have escaped. Communication with property manager was excellent & key pick up was made very easy. Everything was nice & clean. Location is amazing! Just a short walk to town. Overall it’s a good place to stay with families and I would stay here again if the mattresses were more comfortable.

The facilities are great for a large group with numerous bedding options and a large family dining/lounge area and backyard with BBQ. While we didn't make use of it there is also a pool. The property is also well located being close to the river and the shops.

Cleanliness

I was very disappointed with how clean the house was when we arrived. I was on the understanding that it had been COVID sanitised, but, the fridge was dirty, the pantry shelves had to be wiped down which showed dirt and dust, the kitchen floor had food spots on it, most of the knives and bowls had dried an food, I think this was due to the ridiculously large dinner plates that stop the dishwasher from working properly, the Ben h had to be wiped down before use. The main bedroom was very dusty including the bed head, the small bin in the en-suite was broken, dirty and rusty, the shower caddies were dirty and rusty, the towel rail was off the wall. It would not take much to upgrade these things. I would hope that you would inspect these properties after they had been cleaned, if not I would recommend it.
