'Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brighton was a very clean hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and personal care amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. They took great care with their guests' breakfast choices, kept the seating area well cleaned during transition of guests. Omar, specifically was focused on his role and care to guests each morning. Thank you - we would definitely visit again!'

'Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.'

'The room was very nice and well kept. I couldn't open the windows though or adjust the curtains but it didn't hurt my stay overall. I was able to get extra towels when needed and the pool/sauna area was really well maintained and nice. The breakfast was always delicious. The one thing that this place could have improved on was the amount of staff in the dining room at breakfast time. Especially since they had multiple events taking place in the hotel the same weekend and therefore a higher guest...

'Air conditioner was not controlled by thermostat, either on the unit or on the wall. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Both thermostats were set in the low 60s, and the temperature only occasionally got down close to 70 degrees. If the unit had been responding to thermostat settings, it would have felt frigid in the room. I reported the problem; the only change was that someone had changed a switch setting on the wall thermostat--which didn't help. Other than...
