'A nice quiet secluded location, easy access to the road and view of the water. The house is stocked nicely with everything you need, super clean and cozy. I was able to communicate easily with the host and get responses back quickly. '

'The property is very clean and affordable, however, I would caution any women thinking about staying there by themselves. It is a shared living space with private bed and bathrooms. The issue is that there is only the keypad locking the bedroom door. No deadbolt or other security features. And it is just you and the other renter(s) there.
No desk person, etc.'

'No disclosure that there was permanent tenant in residence prior to payment, or that washer & dryer were in the basement or that it was necessary to go to the City of Plymouth website to obtain an overnight parking permit. No nightstands in the bedrooms. Food in the refrigerator, freezer and cupboards.'

'We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

'Host was wonderful! Above and beyond. We especially enjoyed the coffee and stopped by to get a bag on our way home. The loft was beautiful, quiet and as pictured. The bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed depot town and all it had to offer with unique stores and restaurants! We would absolutely stay again. '

'Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. '
