Sunny Side House - Centraal, modern en huiselijk.

Church Street ligt in het hart van Brighton. Je zult de Brighton-sfeer hier krijgen zodra je naar buiten stapt. Winkels beginnen in enkele minuten lopen in de meeste richtingen van het huis, het is zo centraal. Het ligt in het hart van de rijstroken en ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen van het station. Het ligt in de buurt van het stadspark Brighthelm, waar regelmatig evenementen met livemuziek en wekelijkse kraampjes op straat worden gehouden. Een korte wandeling langs de weg naar de kust, bioscopen, het belangrijkste winkelgebied van Brighton en op loopafstand van alles wat u nodig heeft.
Theaters op de weg in de buurt van het Pavillion bieden u tal van mogelijkheden om te genieten van het entertainment van de nacht en alle bars zijn restaurants die u binnen een minuut zou willen. De locatie van deze accommodatie is de beste die je kunt krijgen in Brighton. De Earth and Stars aan de overkant is een pub die in 2018 is uitgeroepen tot beste pubmaaltijd in Brighton en veel prijzen heeft gewonnen, dus zorg ervoor dat je je zondagse braadstuk van tevoren boekt. Ze hebben een uitgebreid vegetarisch en veganistisch menu.

Amazing

Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh

Fabulous house & location

We were a party of 7 friends celebrating birthdays, this house was an absolutely perfect find. Lovely decor, comfortable and you couldn’t get a better location for enjoying Brighton. Hosts are responsive and helpful - readily recommend this house to any groups visiting Brighton

Sunny Side House

This is a sparkling, clean and very comfortable property superbly located next to the Lanes in Brighton centre. The VRBO description of the property is spot on. The Earth & Stars Pub opposite is excellent, but, for lighter sleepers, can perhaps be a little noisy late in the evening at weekends and with early morning deliveries. As hosts, Gregor and Tania were oustanding - kind, flexible and full of great local recommendations. Will definitely return to Sunny Side House. Many thanks

Fantastic Location

Well presented house in a great location close to the centre of Brighton. The property was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Good communication prior to arrival and face to face check-in was nice to meet the host. We will definitely be returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely holiday home in Brighton, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful tips about the local area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended

Schönes Haus im Zentrum von Brighton

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Brighton. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Er war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Das Haus war mit Allem eingerichtet, was man braucht.

Family Summer vacation

Location is right in the middle of Brighton which comes with all the pros and cons. Pros: plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Cons: lot of noise and drunk people passing by in the night. Parking only possible in the parking garageclose by which is very expensive. Apartment is renovated with a very nice kitchen. The second shower in the upper story was not really usable for us since it would have flooded the complete bathroom. The heating - which according to the landlord is not broken - makes unbearable noises which makes it impossible to sleep on the upper floor. The owner is nice and caring. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Perfect location, excellent accommodation

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was in the best location, less than ten minutes walk from absolutely everything, the seafront, the Lanes, shopping etc. The house was as described in the photos, very well equipped, everything had been thought of we didn't want for anything while we were there. The owner greeted me on arrival and showed me round, the house was clean and well cared for. He even very kindly allowed me in slightly early as the food shop had arrived early!! Some comments complained about the top floor bathroom, we didn't have a problem, there's a shower screen preventing spillage so suspect possibly it had not been used as designed. Highly recommend this house.

Check in process was really easy, we had to come a bit earlier and were able to leave our bags whilst cleaning of property continued. The house was exactly as described, right in the centre of Brighton and easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Brighton!

Central Brighton

Property was very clean and had all equipment required. The property is very central and you can walk to all tourist attractions very easily and easy walk from the train station. However, being so central meant it was very noisy during the night. Our only disappointment with the property was the second bathroom - it is the size of a cloakroom with a shower head in the ceiling, with a very small sink. We only tried it once, as we were afraid the water would come out of the door onto the landing, the water also took a long time to get hot. But the four of us managed ok with the other excellent bathroom.

Great place to stay

Superb house in a fantastic location. Super easy to get access to all the attractions/ amenities. Despite its central location the pub opposite didn't bother us either. House had absolutely everything we needed and more, would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable house in a brilliant spot for central Brighton.

Great Location

Very central location and walkable to everything in the downtown Brighton area. Beds are very comfortable. The staircase is very steep but that is the nature of the houses of this age in the area.

Perfect getaway

We were a group of 6 ladies on a special birthday weekend trip. Such a beautiful house, and no more than 10 minutes walk away from anywhere - including the station, which made the whole trip so easy! We were met by the lovely Michael, who went through everything we needed to know about the house, and was always available by phone if we needed, which happily we didnt. The house was extremely well equipped and modern, and the two little outside areas were perfect. An extra bonus was the fabulous pub, 'The Earth and Stars', literally opposite, where we had the most amazing Sunday Roast. All in all, a wonderful weekend. My first time in Brighton, but most definitely not my last!

Brighton short stay

The property was as described and of a high standard. It's location was perfect, easy walking distance to beach, shops and iconic Laines. We were 6 adults and 2 young children and the well equipped house met all our needs. The only problem we had was that one of our party was allergic to the luxury feather pillows so we had to buy a suitable replacement from the nearby shops. A minor inconvenience. Michael, the property manager was very helpful on arrival, making sure we understood the entry doorpad and even the microwave. A very enjoyable stay.

The property was just as described with so much utensils etc in the kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. It was situated in just the right place, distance to all the places we were due to go, not very far. Ideally a map or welcome pack in the property would have been very helpful. Just Perfect

This was just what we needed. We were a group of ladies on our friends hen weekend. We were met by Michael, who was just great, informative and helpful. The house was clean, tidy and the beds were just perfect… never slept in such a comfy bed away from home !!! The location was perfect, no more than 10 mins from anywhere… would highly recommend this house… we will be back !!!
