'Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. '

Lots of beds which is great for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed playing Switch after long days on the water. We were outside almost the whole time. It was very clean and much better than expected! the only thing was that I wished the tv was already connected to a WiFi for us to watch tv at the end of the night, very annoying to have to try 3 diff connections and complicated passwords. 'Very Comfortable with a well appointed Kitchen. Excellent view of Hood Canal and occasional glimpses of mountains through the fog and clouds. Would recommend visiting the Union Visitor Center for good information about the sites and activities in the area. We enjoyed a few hikes to waterfalls and dinner of Oysters and Dungenese crabs. Preparing meals was easy in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. Perhaps the only drawback was the motorcycles on the road below the cabin and canal. I...
