Welcome to your own private oasis! This captivating waterfront property offers 3 bedrooms. Wake up to breath-taking views of the water right from your beds of the 2 main bedrooms. The third bedroom has a unique twist with double bunk bed, opens directly to the pool area.

Private Waterfront - look right down to the water’s edge, invites you to connect with nature, sip your morning coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise. Close your eyes - feeling you’re on a tropical getaway.


NOTES:
Please note that the downstairs area is a completely separate and isolated section of the premises, designated solely as the Manager’s Office.

It is not used for accommodation and may be occupied occasionally during stocktakes, inventory refills, or other management-related duties.

For everyone’s safety, outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras, including the balcony. Please take note before booking.

Dog Policy

The yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for your dog while you’re out.

Only small dogs are permitted inside the house. They are not allowed on indoor furniture or carpeted areas.

Your dog is welcome to stay on the back veranda, which is located right next to the lounge area.

A penalty fee of $200 per dog will apply if evidence is found of dogs being on indoor furniture or carpeted areas.


No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $200 penalty will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of smoke.

Any excessive rubbish left behind will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

1With a Car
If you’d like to bring your car to the island, "Sealink" operates a vehicle barge service that will transport you and your car in about one hour.

To book, simply search for “Sealink” online and contact their office directly.
Operating hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Friday – Sunday: 6:00am – 3:00pm

We recommend booking in advance, as spots for vehicles can fill up quickly.

Passenger Ferry (Without a Car)
If you’re travelling without a car, a passenger ferry operates from Redland Bay Marina to Russell Island.

Cost: $0.50 per person, per trip
Departure point: Redland Bay Marina

Ideal for: Guests travelling light or planning to use local transport on the island
This is a simple and budget-friendly way to reach the island.

Once you arrive on Russell Island, local taxi services are available to take you directly to your accommodation.
