Very basic apartment near water. We were happy to have a washer but the apartment hotel was not that nice. We arrived in the evening and had a hard time finding a restaurant for dinner.

Took monies from my account the day before checkin without informing me. No hot water in the shower. Obviously had turned it down, as there where signs everywhere regarding how the steam sets off the fire alarms. FIx the fire alarms!!!.

Thanks for the review.all the windows are double glazed therefore there should be minimal noise unless one of the windows was partially open. We have thick curtains in the room which is much better than blinds. regards

thanks for the review.Our greatest asset is our location. Buses, train and Ferry.Our apartments have a full kitchen.We also have different rooms ie one bed, two bedrooms with balcony. We have standard rooms and deluxe rooms.Most welcome to come back. regards

Thanks for the review.our location is the greatest asset. The windows are double glazed and there should be minimum noise. One of the windows was probaly partially open. The manager could have checked this if it was reported. regards

Very handy to Wesley hospital. Stayed here after surgery shower over bath so hard to get in and out of. Room serviced after 7 days didn’t do a very good job of cleaning didn’t replenish tea bag, washing liquid or dish soap. Limited parking for bigger vehicles.

Thanks for the review.we have apartments where there are walk in showers. These matters can be sorted if it is clearly explained in the booking or discussed during the bookings. Rooms are only serviced after 7 days and it clearly explained with our bookings requirements. We can supply extra tea, coffee, washing liquid etc on request.There is parking available for bigger vehicles on the ramp.

This property is fine for an overnight or short stay. The front office closes relatively early but the keys are left in a safe. The front office man was good.

Great location for walking and transit. Beautiful view of river. Room was clean and spacious just VERY dated. Bed was OK but pillows had no loft - needed to use 2 with one of them folded in half to get a small amount of head elevation. Wouldn’t take much renovation to make this unit really fabulous!

Unfortunately some of our apartments have not yet been renovated, Our recently renovated apartments or 'deluxe' apartments are available for a small price difference, and if you call us directly we will do our best to place you in a deluxe apartment for your next visit.

Love the location, facing the beautiful river. The staff were very friendly. Stayed 5 days, 4 nights. No house keeping. Would appreciate if there were house keeping at least once for the duration. Hence my advice to future guests is to bring own basic toiletries.

So handy to Wesley Hospital and great parking. Staff were so caring and helpful during a very difficult time. I wanted to stay longer but no availability but have secured 8 nights next door and will definitely book again.

Stayed one night in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the hospital for my appointment. The apartment is looking a bit dated and could use a fresh paint but was clean and well equipped for our needs. Just note that if you are going to use the carpark facility, that it is quite low in the underground carpark. I wouldn't park a 4wd in there, instead go to the aboveground.

Great apartment with a view of the Brisbane River and a full kitchen. The bathroom, while not fully wheelchair accessible, was excellent for someone like me who has mobility issues, but is able to walk. My only disappointment was that the couches and armchair were all too low for me to sit in and be able to get up again independently.

There was not much to like, the apartment is very old, nothing like the photos, bed springs were looking into us, heart was unbearable, aircon did not work, carpets smelt old, shower had hair from previous guest in it still.
